However, we also understand that if we want to maintain them within our school district, we have to have a culture and climate that is conducive to not only the recruitment but also keeping those people in our district that are willing to work with our students and families and then also grow in their respective roles within our district and potentially outside of our district.” - Dr. Erick Pruitt
