Drawing on insights from 341 audio professionals, the survey highlights the challenges facing independent audio careers, including fair pay, inconsistent rates and limited opportunities.
Nearly 40% of respondents earned less than the previous year, reinforcing the need for fairer practices and more sustainable careers.
