All are welcome to join us on Wednesday, Nov. 4 for the Remembrance in Bloom Opening Ceremony.
We’ll gather at 3pm in the College of AgBio Atrium (ground level) for the ceremony organized by Corporal Fikret Ükis, a master’s student in the Department of Plant Sciences.
Fikret, his fiancée Mikayla and members of 38 Service Battalion (pictured here) set up the 2026 Poppy Display.
The poppies, which were grown in our #USask greenhouses, honour those who have served and continue to serve, and those who have lost their lives in service.
We celebrated a new chapter today at the College of AgBio!
Today, #USask officially opened the Nutrien Digital Agriculture Centre and the kihci-okâwîmâw askiy (Great Mother Earth) Knowledge Centre thanks to a transformational $15-million gift from @NutrienLTD last year.
