I think a lot of people believe the only advocacy for porn / SW / performers is like, unbridled gooner enthusiasm. No. This community is one of the front-lines of speech and labor battles that will eventually become relevant to everybody.

Let's not forget how quickly the tech executives got on their knees and kissed up to Trump immediately after he was elected. No flip-flopping allowed, fellas! You made your bed. You loved being friends with the Trump admin.

NEW EPISODE! In which Jacqueline Steiger introduces me to The Hunger Games and I am forever grateful.
ALT YOU ARE GOOD The Hunger Games Special Guest: Jacqueline Steiger
I am grateful. This is better than I thought it would be electorally. It makes a meaningful, material difference. Neoliberal capitalism remains its own form of authoritarian brutality and we remain in it. The system that allowed for yesterday allowed for the 8 years preceding it.
Gallery will be open in Highland Park today from 10:30 - 5:30. I'll be there from 10:30 - 1:30. Please stop in and say hello!

Okay then support us in fighting for better working conditions instead of supporting legislation that makes our lives more difficult and ushers in censorship for everyone

“Oral sex is the leading cause of throat cancer” is an intentionally misleading headline stigmatizing oral sex.
The leading cause of throat cancer is HPV, which is able to spread because of lack of access to HPV vaccines, condoms, and sex education

This is the pro-censorship UK politician behind the anti-porn law that went into effect yesterday.
Not even she knows what her bill will end up prohibiting. Enforcement will be based on vibes.
Criminalizing consensual behavior ALWAYS ends up in discretionary enforcement:

This interview drove me nuts because the interviewer is like "The labels are making more money than ever" and that's not true. Tech companies are making ALL of the money.
"In all the times I've been streamed, I've never received anything," said Vince Gill in a recent interview. Speaking out about being an artist in the digital era, he shared how making money for one's work has only gotten tougher. Hear Gill speak on making "a fortune" as an artist just a couple decades ago, comparing it to his experience now, here: go.countryrebel.com/VinceGil…
ALT Speaking on the Playlisted Podcast, Vince Gill shared his thoughts on being a songwriter and recording artist in the era of streaming, stating that he "used to make money.”
See y'all Thursday!
