#NIL agents & P4 GMs don't have to be friends, but they do need a level of respect to get the job done, especially during pressure-packed negotiations. Which NIL advisors have earned the most respect from big-school GMs? We asked. Here's what they told us succeedinfootball.com/2026/1…

Going at this for life. The wait’s over. This has been my dream since I put the baseball bat down. God’s been working. God’s been working overtime. Forever grateful for the people in my life who have helped me get here. Nobody can get in the way of who you’re supposed to be. #Shields #NFLAgent
