I almost never go on vacation, but I had the most amazing week off. From Halloween in Nashville, to Turdstock, to all the wonderful musicians and awesome people there, to writing two monster songs with legends Jeffery Steele and Angie Aparo this week, and now back home to the most loving greeting of a lifetime from my doggies. I want to thank @JewelsJonesLive for covering me this week to make this happen. See you guys on my podcast on Monday - I have a lot to say / love you all.

When I found Pedro, he was skin and bones, had about 500 ticks on him, and almost no hair. He just showed up in my yard at the last place I lived before the Catturd Ranch. He was already fully grown and that was well over a decade ago.
I don’t know exactly how old he is, but he’s really old. He’s turned grey, goes slow, and has good days and bad.
Senior dogs are special and Pedro is the best of them. I don’t know how much more time he has, but I cherish every day he’s still here. Of all my rescues, he’s my best boy.
That’s never going to happen. They’re worthless.

🚨 JUST IN: Republican Ryan Elijah has CLINCHED Florida's 7th District, the state just told him there will be NO recount, so the seat stays RED 🇺🇸
"We have secured a winning margin of votes and just got word from the Florida Department of State that there will be no recount in our race."
"The remaining overseas ballots that may come in will not mathematically change the outcome."
Elijah finished 1,631 votes ahead of Democrat Bale Dalton so far, 161,300 to 159,669. That's a 0.503% margin, just over Florida's 0.5% automatic recount trigger
The district covers all of Seminole County and part of Volusia, and Trump carried it by 12 points in 2024. Democrats spent the whole week hoping to flip it, and it didn't happen.
