CivicDataLab (CDL) and the Directorate of Town and Country Planning (DTCP), Assam, under the Department of Housing and Urban Affairs, Government of Assam, have signed
collaboration forward. This partnership will further strengthen our longstanding relationship with GoA as we work towards building a more data-driven, climate-resilient, and sustainable urban future for Assam.
