A mesmerizing performance by 100 violinists at the Violin Parampara event.
So proud to be associated with it in some way. As a techie, tech was my only way!
Thank you, @supminn for everything

We got started with the 29th @ReactPlayIO meetup, and guess whatβ¦ itβs happening at the same very place where the 1st one happened at the @geekyants office!

One thing I can assure, if I write review about my manager/CEO, people will rush into my company!!

A frontend PR should not rely on "works on my machine" in 2026.
My baseline confidence stack:
β TypeScript catches bad assumptions before runtime
β ESLint catches consistency issues and common footguns
β Storybook makes component states reviewable in isolation
β Vitest catches isolated logic
β MSW makes network states predictable in local development and tests
β Chromatic flags unintended visual changes
β Playwright covers critical browser journeys
β axe catches common accessibility violations
β Lighthouse CI watches for performance regressions
β Snyk flags risky dependencies
β CodeRabbit adds review context before humans spend time on the PR
β Bug0 provides managed QA when a team needs an engineer to author and maintain high-value E2E coverage
β GitHub Actions makes the checks a merge requirement
β Vercel preview deployments let reviewers use the real change
β Sentry tells you what escaped anyway
Different tools.
Different jobs.
The mistake is expecting one layer, usually unit tests or review... to carry all of the risk.
The goal is not a huge checklist. It is enough independent signals to merge with confidence.

A few weeks ago, we started an initiative at @creowistech.
The idea is simple: every team member shares their learnings internally each week. To keep things structured, I ask the same three questions every week:
1. What feature did you build?
2. What bug did you solve?
3. What did you learn?
I'm happy to share that everyone has been actively contributing detailed updates and learnings in our internal channel.
The goal is to share one of these internal learnings with the public each month so that others can learn from our experiences as well.
Learning grows when it's shared. π
Fetch β Store β Render Pattern in React ππ»
1. When the app first loads, this code runs automatically and calls a function to fetch all the conversations from the backend.
2. Once the data is received, it is passed into setConversations, which stores it in state.
3. As soon as the state updates, React re-renders the UI, so all the conversations become visible on the screen without doing anything manually.
Have you used this pattern?
We are hiring a Python Developer (3β5 years experience).
Looking for someone who can solve real problems.
Interested? DM us.

I did a YT Live today after a long time, felt good. I'll do more in the future.

REST vs GraphQL β
REST:
β’ Multiple endpoints (/users, /posts, /comments)
β’ Multiple requests = more network overhead
β’ Over-fetching & under-fetching
β’ Fixed responses
GraphQL:
β’ Single endpoint (/graphql)
β’ One request = exact data
β’ No over/under-fetching
β’ Flexible queries
