This week, we are proud to recognize Robert Jenkins for his exceptional customer service. On September 15, Robert welcomed a passenger aboard Bus 40 traveling from Peoples Plaza to Wilmington and took the time to understand their concerns about riding due to claustrophobia. Throughout the trip, he engaged the passenger in conversation and even offered an earlier stop to make their return journey easier. His patience and understanding helped create a positive experience for a customer who had previously struggled with riding the bus.
