A major advance for MULTI/DEX went live. The world's 1st order book exchange that's 100% onchain, open source, has margin, an AMM, offers swaps, has no owner, no backdoors, and is MiCA compliant, just got closer to prod — CEXs might adopt the platform for extra security too 🔥

AI made writing software easy. Where it runs is now the differentiating factor for your business.
With @claudeai, your app goes live on infrastructure that can't be tampered with, stays online, and stays under your control. A safe place for agents to build and run software, and AIware.
Here's how:
🧵
Ledger hardware wallet support is now live in the NNS app
See your Ledger accounts, send and stake ICP, and approve every step on your device.
Settings → Ledger device → add your device.

Try out paid features for a month with the code HALLOWEEN26.
For a month, you can describe an app, have Caffeine build it from scratch, and put it live on your own domain.
You can also publish it on the App Market, where other people can use it as it is or remix it into their own version. Your app can send emails, and you can see who's visiting it.
Once your app is live, it's easy to ask questions and make changes on the spot.
The code is for anyone without an active subscription, whether you're new to Caffeine or coming back, and it's open until the end of November. Already subscribed? Thank you for building with us.
If you know someone who'd like to try Caffeine, the code is theirs to use.

We've just added Mistral Large 4 to Caffeine.
It's Mistral's largest most capable model yet. Use it to build a new app or keep improving one you've already started. On Caffeine, its credit price is lower than Claude Sonnet 5.5's.
You'll find it in the model menu, and you can switch between models in the same conversation.

🔥 NEW: Internet Computer $ICP is now available as a connector in Claude, allowing users to build on the network directly through AI prompts.
What comes next in Pakistan builds on what is already running. The cloud engine in the country is going to be extended. And Caffeine AI is being made available there, which was part of DFINITY's commitment to the government, reaching academia and the startup sector as well as the state itself.
Pierre Samaties set those out alongside congratulations to the Pakistan Digital Authority for a forward-looking approach to the digital transformation of the entire country.

The Internet Computer is now a connector in Claude.
Search for it in Claude's connectors, connect it once, and start prompting. Set up a cloud engine for your business, launch a client portal, keep building, all from the same conversation.
Build on the Internet Computer directly from @claudeai.

The biggest crypto hack ever ($6.3B) may have started with one laptop.
Binance says no keys leaked. The attacker reached the withdrawal system.
That wouldn't be possible on the Internet Computer. The network gives the orders. Changing them takes a public vote.

The Internet Is Breaking... Can $ICP Save It? We sit down with Dominic Williams, founder of @dfinity, to explore the future of the internet, AI, Big Tech, and ICP's ambitious vision to change everything. nitter.cf/i/broadcasts/1yJAPwjqz…
Control over cloud infrastructure is becoming a boardroom issue, and two pressures are driving it.
Geopolitical tension means governments want certainty that foreign powers cannot access their data or cut off their infrastructure.
And AI is taking a growing role in building and running online services, on infrastructure designed for human developers and sysadmins.
Erika Masako Welch's article in @EntMagazineME brings both front and centre, following Dominic Williams and cloud engines on the Internet Computer.

“Every era of computing has a fight over who controls the infrastructure. In the AI era, that fight is about sovereignty: who owns the hardware a country or company runs on, who can see its data, and who can pull the plug.”
With this observation, Erika Masako Welch, Chief Content Officer of @LucidityInsight, explores how sovereign cloud becomes a strategic priority as governments and businesses confront their dependence on digital infrastructure.
In her analysis, Welch describes two forces driving this shift: geopolitical tensions that raise concerns over foreign access to data and infrastructure, and AI's growing role in building and running online services. For organizations that rely on cloud platforms to operate, control over that infrastructure becomes a boardroom issue.
At the center is the DFINITY Foundation's (@dfinity) Internet Computer, an open network that combines computing resources across data centers to host software and data. Its cloud engines allow organizations to choose the hardware supporting their services and change that configuration as their needs evolve.
Welch highlights founder Dominic Williams' claim that enterprises can move from hyperscaler computing resources to dedicated hardware in their home countries “without interrupting or even degrading the services you are running.”

Once cloud engines reach general release, Dominic Williams expects the fastest growth among startups, "because startups are flexible and have a huge incentive to be smarter and more efficient."
In Welch's article, Dominic also expects network effects, since software on one cloud engine is interoperable with software on others, subject to permissions, which he compares to a key dynamic behind early internet growth.

"Sovereignty is important. Security is important. But maybe for a consumer, they don't understand that as well."
So Dr. Sohail Munir and the Pakistan Digital Authority are building ChatT around what a citizen uses day to day: the national digital ID, Raast for bank-to-bank payments, and the government services super app. AI chat is already in, because the platform is AI-native. All of it is easier to deliver inside this platform than through another company's APIs.
