Is it the best time ever to be a sneakerhead? I think it might be because, for the first time, everything is available, and everything is affordable. Most of the grifters are out of the market, and it's becoming fun. Not going to lie, I was burned out on stuff for a minute and it was so corny when everyone was trying to get in (Tim Cook and every tech exec in Travis lows ended it for me ha), but now I'm back in it, especially now with Nike and Jordan limiting some of the releases and getting back to quality and storytelling (hopefully). In any market, when it becomes all about money, that's where bubbles happen. Now everyone left is in it is doing it for the love and it's not just about the latest overhyped collab that turned us into 🐑

No one thought when Kobe put on this jersey 30 years ago today that would be worth more than double his entire three-year rookie contract… and now worth many multiples of it! IMO this debut jersey is now worth well into 8 figures- the Kobe game worn market has exploded in just a relatively short period

After coming back from our Asia tour all October, more convinced than ever that collectibles will be the most important alternative asset class for this generation. While cards are clearly leading the way, the most obvious opportunity for growth is the game worn, sneaker, and music/pop culture memorabilia sectors. While the entire markets will grow IMO, the top 1% will grow at outsized clips… so excited to be here early! Just my personal opinion 💭
