Have you had a Dream Test yet? @TrailsHQ has!
We're thrilled to give a shoutout to Trails on their early access launch! @dreamtestlabs has had the joy of testing this innovative tool not once, but twice, and each session has been a journey of discovery.
Working with the Trails and @0xsequence teams has been a pleasure!
Yes, there were a few initial hurdles, with certain features feeling less intuitive at first. But diving deeper into the product got the Dream Team, and our Dream Testers excited! Thank you to all our testers for their invaluable participation and insights.
The real magic was watching their team tackle opportunities for improvement before we even completed all of our tests! Their open and responsive handling of feedback is a breath of fresh air in Web3.
We love having front row seats to the evolution of their tool and how it improves the transaction and payment experience for businesses and users in the space.
Thank you, @TrailsHQ, for giving @dreamtestlabs the privilege of contributing to your product's launch!
We couldn't be more excited, we think we both have bright futures ahead!
We’re absolutely thrilled to celebrate the launch of @TrailsHQ : a universal intents platform that turns any token → any wallet → any chain into a true 1-click experience.
With integrations across @Circle CCTP, @Katana & @foresightnow, this is the onchain experience we’ve all been waiting for.
Massive congrats to the team! The future of internet-native commerce starts now 🔥🚀

Introducing the DTL Tester Proficiency Program
This is our structured training initiative launching in 2026 to raise the standard of app and game testing, feedback, and professional growth.
A small, limited pilot group will get early access to help validate and improve the training before a full scale release.
Hosting Twice in one day, Show up where you can.
See where we are going in 2026
We spent 2025 honing our process. We leveraged AI to scale our ops, but we didn't let it distract us from the mission. We were logging thousands of hours inside your builds - finding the game breaking bugs, wallet friction, and onboarding nightmares that kill retention.
Now, we're taking the offensive.
On January 8th at 11 AM EST, we are holding the public "State of @dreamtestlabs"
This isn't a fluffy year-in-review. We are revealing the 4 new engines driving our 2026 strategy:
Tester Education (How we are training the next gen of hunters)
Research Recapped (Turning our raw data into public alpha)
Project Taris (Our new layer of infrastructure)
Our Grant Strategy (How we are fueling the ecosystem)
We are doing our private Discord Town Hall at 9 AM.
Then we go live here to answer your questions and break down the roadmap.
If you are a founder, a PM, or just tired of broken launches We invite you to Join us.
Quit burning your Ad Spend 🔥
Launch with Confidence 💪
How many times are you willing to throw $10k at an ad spend before you admit the problem was the product all along?
Most “market research” in our space is just that:
➡️ Burn $10k on ads
➡️ Squint at the dashboard
➡️ Pray it sticks
When it doesn’t, the instinct is “we need better targeting” or “we need a new agency.”
Almost nobody stops to ask: did we actually test whether people can use and understand this thing?
At Dream Test Labs, we flipped it:
Run structured pilot tests with real users first
Watch where they get confused, bored, or blocked
Turn that into a clear list of fixes for your team
Then spend on marketing
Founders tell us all the time they’ve “definitely found a gap in the market,” but they’re still guessing about fit.
You don’t have to guess.
Spend a fraction of that ad budget on testing, fix the leaks, and let your marketing dollars amplify something solid instead of exposing something fragile.
Launch with confidence, not crossed fingers.
Don’t amplify a leaky funnel.
If you’re planning a Q1 marketing push, let’s sanity check your product first.
DM me @dreamtestlabs with 'PILOT'
I’ll send you the details on how we can stress-test your launch before you burn the ad budget.
Reality check for Web3 game & dApp teams:
Your internal QA knows the "intended path."
Real players don’t.
UX and onboarding studies across SaaS and Web3 keep showing the same pattern:
Most churn happens in the first few steps,
not months later.
A🧵
Blindspot #3: Internal testing
"We do all our testing in house"
When the same devs and community power-users keep testing the build, they auto-complete every flow. UX researchers have been shouting for years that external pilot tests catch a different class of problems: confusion, hesitation, and bad expectations.
4/5 🧵
That’s why @dreamtestlabs exists.
We run pilot tests with fresh eyes, matched to your target players, and turn their friction into a prioritized list of fixes, so you can launch with confidence instead of guessing.
Huge respect to the UX research crews pushing better onboarding in Web3; we’re here to apply that thinking directly to real games and dApps in our space.
