Did a video for @fitnesscfclermont before heading out to the Air Force Academy last month. 🏀✈️ Really thankful to CF Fitness Clermont for giving me a place to train, work, and get better throughout this process. Having the right people and the right environment around you makes a huge difference. #builthere Shoutout to the coaches who poured into me: 🥊⏰ Coach Ty @clock_in_athletics_llc — wrote all my workouts and put together the plan that helped me get stronger and prepare for the next level. 💪 Coach Christian @getright_training352 — trained with me, stayed on me about my technique, made sure I was doing things the right way, and pushed me every workout. 🥗 Coach Tim @getnutritionsmart — helped me dial in my nutrition and understand how to eat to grow. With the training and nutrition plan, I was able to put on 15+ pounds and still keep my athleticism. Appreciate all three of you for investing your time and knowledge into me. 🙏🏽 🎥 Shout to @champagnefilmz1 for the video! 🏋️ To any young athlete trying to become elite: there’s no shortcut. Find people who know more than you, be coachable, trust the plan, and be willing to work when nobody is watching. Small improvements every day add up. Still a lot of work ahead of me. Just getting started. 🏀💪🏽✈️ Diego #0 @NxtProHoops @MattReynolds__ @PRO16League @EthanPiechota @JustinMatcham @ErnieBarber9 @TheRealBdotInge @JamieShaw5 @ColbyGHoops @NBA_Jeremy1 @ZackSandberg @CoachKhalils @camden_rine @coachbeechum @Samad_Hines @RossVDG14 @adamerickson7 @Louisiana_Hoops @kyle_vanrossum @TreySterner5345 @WillHarperHoops
