One of my first jobs in the VFX industry was animating this amazing character for his first #SEGA standalone video game. Twenty years later, I could not feel more HONORED to bring SHADOW to the big screen in #SonicMovie3 ❤️🙏🖤

Congrats to @First4Figures and @SEGA on an absolutely BEAUTIFUL set of Sonic Movie statues! So cool seeing our characters sculpted in such amazing detail! The diorama recreates our epic standoff moment from Sonic 2!!! 🤘💙 (fun fact it's based off a design by @tyson_hesse)

More #SonicMovie3 concept art! This is one of the my FAVORITE images we've ever produced on these films. (and yes, the story was a little different in this "dream" version... remind me to tell you about it sometime 😜)

Fun #SonicMovie3 fact... in an early version of the story, Robotnik and Stone hid out in Mexico. To keep tighter story pacing, we decided to eliminate the change of location and stage the first meeting with Team Sonic in Tokyo! (but the doctor's love of telenovelas remained!)
