"In Africa, as he has done in other places, Vladimir Putin is attempting to manipulate public opinion of sovereign States to undermine France’s interests.
VIGINUM, the service created in 2021 to track this interference, provides undeniable proof of this in a report published today.
I will ask for European sanctions to be imposed on those responsible for this interference targeting Cameroon and the Republic of the Congo in particular.
Russia is desperately trying to colonize minds but it will fail because we are not fooled." - @jnbarrot

"Tonight, I restated to President Zelenskyy our determination to stand with Ukraine and its people.
As Russia chooses escalation because it is bogged down on the front, it is essential that we collectively give Ukraine everything it needs to defend itself and protect its civilians and infrastructure.
I also reiterated our determination to continue supporting Ukraine as it seeks a robust and lasting peace. France will continue to shoulder its responsibilities." - @EmmanuelMacron
