It is set to arrive at @rockcenternyc this weekend, and just like every year since 2007, lumber milled from the tree after the holiday season will used to help a family build their Habitat for Humanity house.
The wood of a Norway Spruce is more flexible and durable than lumber for load-bearing walls and therefore is ideal for blocking, flooring, furniture and cabinetry. Read more about this tradition! habitat.ngo/tree
