The Election Department said @AllegiantStadm was the busiest Nov. 3 voting location in Clark County - 3,653. Galleria at Sunset was No. 2 - 2,874. The 2 LV Athletic Clubs combined for nearly 2,800 voters.

🚨 BREAKING: The Ninth Circuit has denied Kalshi’s petition for panel rehearing and rehearing en banc. No judge requested a vote on en banc review.
Kalshi now has 90 days to seek SCOTUS review, but Paul Clement may try to align the timing with the pending Third Circuit case.
About 78,000 mail ballots were received through the post office and vote centers yesterday. She expects roughly 60,000 will be processed today.
Approximately 220,000 people voted in-person during early voting and about 146,000 cast ballots on Tuesday across the valley.

Clark County Registrar of Voters Lorena Portillo said some 4,800 mail ballots need to be cured. The deadline is Nov. 9 at 5 pm. She asked voters to respond to messages from the Elections Department.
As of 11 a.m. the county has processed over 378K mail ballots.
