Sinn F茅in MP John Finucane, Pat Sheehan MLA, and Councillor Natasha Brennan have all received letters relating to the peaceful protest at Garvaghy Road.
Sinn F茅in is proud to have stood with the Garvaghy Road community to protect 28 years of peace and progress.
Standing up for what is right is always the right thing to do.
The days of treating nationalists as second class citizens are gone.
There is no going back.
Not now. Not ever.
Tonight, at a huge event in Mid Ulster, attended by hundreds, Sinn F茅in launched our Assembly election campaign.
The Assembly election next May will be the most important election in generations.
It is an opportunity to support the strong leadership of Sinn F茅in.
And show that change in the North is unstoppable.
To send a message to those who want to drag us back to the past.
To say very clearly that there will be no going back.
Together, let鈥檚 return the biggest & strongest Sinn F茅in team ever in the Assembly!
Hundreds in Cookstown tonight for the launch of Sinn F茅in鈥檚 Assembly election campaign.
The election next May will be the most important election in generations.
It is an opportunity to support the strong leadership of & show that change in the North is unstoppable.
To say very clearly that there will be no going back.
Sinn F茅in is looking to the future with confidence & ambition.
Together, let鈥檚 return the biggest & strongest Sinn F茅in team ever in the Assembly!
It was great to visit Hazlewood College recently & have a good chat with students about the proposed changes to the curriculum.
Hazlewood is a brilliant integrated school & it was fantastic to see the work they鈥檙e doing.
The young people I spoke to have real concerns about these changes, & I share them.
We absolutely need to improve our education system, but more exams, less coursework & more pressure being piled on students & teachers isn鈥檛 the way to do it.
There鈥檚 so much more to education than simply passing exams.
Paul Givan needs to listen to what young people & teachers are telling him & rethink his plans before it鈥檚 too late.
Tonight, hundreds of republicans packed into the Lansdowne Hotel to launch Sinn F茅in鈥檚 campaign to elect three MLAs in North Belfast.
Sinn F茅in is standing three candidates: Car谩l N铆 Chuil铆n, Gerry Kelly & Maighread N铆 Chonghaile.
Next year鈥檚 Assembly election is the most important in generations.
It is an opportunity to support Sinn F茅in鈥檚 strong leadership & show that change across the North is unstoppable.
To send a message to those who want to drag us back to the past that there will be No Going Back.
Every vote will count.
Together, let鈥檚 make history & elect three Sinn F茅in MLAs in North Belfast!
鈽橈笍馃幎 Dea-sc茅al!
Belfast City Council has tonight voted to bid to host Fleadh Cheoil na h脡ireann for a third consecutive year in 2028!
This year鈥檚 Fleadh brought 1.6 million people to Belfast, with an incredible atmosphere on the streets of our city.
With the Fleadh already set to return next year, here鈥檚 hoping we can make it three years in a row! 馃幓
Desperately sad news about Ciara Mageean.
Ciara gave us so many moments of pride & joy through her incredible achievements in athletics, but her impact went far beyond the track.
A proud Gael with strong roots in her local camogie club, she was an exceptional role model who inspired so many through her sporting achievements & the courage, honesty & dignity with which she faced her illness.
Ireland has lost someone truly special.
My thoughts & deepest sympathies are with her husband, family, friends & everyone who loved her. 馃
People want to see political leadership, & First Minister Michelle O鈥橬eill & all Sinn F茅in Ministers will turn up for people every day.
The DUP鈥檚 actions are economic sabotage, caused by their internal divisions & turmoil.
The people will decide who represents them as First Minister. Not the DUP.
Yesterday鈥檚 actions by Gavin Robinson & the DUP are driven by arrogance & supremacy.
The DUP鈥檚 internal leadership problems & divisions have left them in turmoil.
The days of domination & supremacy are over.
The days of treating nationalists as second-class citizens are over.
And there is no going back.
Sinn F茅in will keep turning up every day & standing up for people.
John Finucane MP retweeted
The comments by DUP leader Gavin Robinson today were arrogant and supremacist.
The DUP is consumed with their own internal leadership troubles and divisions. They are in turmoil.
The days of domination and supremacy are over.
The days of treating people like second class citizens are over.
There will be no going back.
Not now, and not ever.
I, as First Minister, will be at the Assembly on Monday morning, along with Sinn F茅in鈥檚 Ministers, to continue our work.
We will keep showing up every day for people.
Our nurses, healthcare staff & public sector workers deserve to be paid fairly for the work they do.
But today鈥檚 British government budget has once again failed to provide the money needed to make that happen.
Why should a nurse working in Belfast be treated as worth less than a nurse doing the same job in Manchester, Cardiff or Edinburgh?
It鈥檚 simply not fair.
Sinn F茅in will always stand up for our workers & keep fighting to make sure they get the pay they deserve.
Some within political unionism want to drag our society back to the days of domination & supremacy.
But the days of nationalists being treated as second-class citizens are over.
There is no going back.
I鈥檓 in London today standing alongside the family of Sean Brown as they continue their fight for truth & justice.
Almost 30 years after Sean鈥檚 murder, his family are still being dragged through the courts by the British government.
Five judges have already made clear that a public inquiry is needed, yet the British government continues to fight it.
What are they so determined to hide?
Bridie & her family have suffered enough. It鈥檚 long past time they were granted the full public inquiry they deserve.
Almost 30 years after Sean Brown was brutally murdered, Bridie & her family are still fighting for truth & justice.
Tomorrow, the Brown family will be in the British Supreme Court in London, continuing a fight that no family should ever have been put through.
The treatment of Bridie & her family by the British government has been nothing short of disgraceful.
I鈥檒l be in London to stand alongside them tomorrow & support their ongoing fight for justice.
Bridie & her family have suffered enough. They deserve the full truth about Sean鈥檚 murder.
Great to welcome Caoimhe Begley & Aoibhe Carson for work experience recently!
They got to see plenty during their time with us, visiting City Hall, Stormont & Antrim & Newtownabbey Borough Council, as well as getting out & about across north Belfast.
Thanks for coming along Caoimhe & Aoibhe, & best of luck with everything ahead!
Sinn F茅in can win an Assembly seat in Strangford.
With new areas coming into Strangford for the first time in the Assembly election next year, Sinn F茅in is now in pole position to win a seat.
There has never been a nationalist MLA in Strangford.
You can change that next May.
You can elect the first Sinn F茅in MLA ever in this constituency.
You can elect Chris Hazzard.
Together, let's do it. Let鈥檚 make history in Strangford.
My open letter to Conservative Party MP David Davis regarding his dangerous & disgraceful IRA lawyer comments.
Britain cannot continue to arm Israel while claiming to oppose its genocide of the Palestinian people.
I joined UN Special Rapporteur Francesca Albanese & others in Westminster to discuss the need for stronger action against the Israeli regime.
Limited sanctions are not enough while Britain continues to provide Israel with military & political support.
Sinn F茅in has called for a full arms embargo, serious sanctions on Israel & an end to British support for the illegal occupation of Palestine.
The British government must be held to account for its role in enabling Israel鈥檚 actions against the Palestinian people 馃嚨馃嚫
