Every study over and over and over again: People are homeless because they don't have money for skyrocketing housing costs. When you give them money to afford housing, or affordable social housing they stop being homeless.
Governments: Putting them in jail will fix it.

NEW: ERCOT paid a Colorado Bitcoin mining company $13.3 million from June to September to cut back on its energy usage.

The LA District Attorney's Office has released its decisions for the month of August on whether or not to criminally charge police officers who shot civilians. None of the officers who fired in the 18 incidents examined will be indicted.
