Want to be a thought leader?
(And get paid like one?)
You’ve got to make time for thinking, and then share big, meaty, carefully packaged ideas in public. On repeat.
That’s the “secret”.
AI bros say: automate the creative work, then sprinkle on your "taste" at the end—like it’s fine Himalayan sea salt.
But taste comes from *doing the work*. Badly, then slowly better.
If you couldn't do it well before AI, your "taste" isn't finishing salt. It's sawdust.
An ownable idea is the authority shortcut.
Every expert entrepreneur who breaks through and builds real authority first owns an idea that travels without them.
One big idea people associate with *YOU* will do more for your business than 10,000 regurgitated viral posts
Stop sharing ideas. Own one.
Most experts don’t need a bigger content marketing budget to get clients
They need a bigger idea
Ideas = leverage
Hill I'll die on:
If you wanna build your personal brand... you need to share more PROOF
Yes, it's uncomfortable
Yes, it can feel cringey
Yes, it works
Assume no one knows your background (because most don't) and everyone is skeptical (because they are)
Proof earns trust
I pre-ordered my copy of Zero-Click Marketing months in advance...
I knew @amandanat and @randfish would bring the sauce, but somehow it’s even better than I imagined.
This is a new must-read for marketers 👀
I really want to build a little guest house / podcast studio on our property.
So I guess I need to start a podcast, huh?

Brand tells people who you are.
Search and buyer intelligence tell you what they want.
You need both.
A masterclass in messaging right here:
> Solves a painful problem
> Concrete language
> Distinctive brand
> Clear ask
10/10 - No notes
People fantasize about winning the lottery and retiring early
But what they actually want is to find work they won’t need to escape from
In saturated markets sameness can feel like safety.
But it’s actually the riskiest thing you can do.
You’ve gotta fight to find a difference you can own.
People who don’t use AI in their work are like the new vegans.
How will you know they don’t use it?
Ohh. They’ll tell you.
It’s basically their whole identity 😂
I've put off starting a podcast because all the post-production promotional stuff felt so overwhelming
Looks like I have no excuse not to start now
@RiversidedotFM's agents look insane 🤩

Meet Riverside Agents, the first AI production team built only for video.
Producer preps the session, Editor creates the full edit, Clipper cuts the best moments, and Marketer gets it live.
They’re experts at video and know how to take your content to the next level. You call the shots.
Watch the demo:
It's easier to sell opportunity than improvement.
People will line up to learn how to become a ghostwriter or start a “passive income” business.
Yet 97% still fail.
Why?
They bail as soon as it gets hard, chasing the next shiny object and promise of “easy money”.
That’s why I sell to people who know it will be hard. Because those are the people who will show up to do the work anyway.
There are far fewer of these people, and they buy differently than the hopeful newbies.
But they'll also pay a lot more for results. And they’ll actually do the work to get them.
