A Prayer for Today Father, thank You that no matter what the problem or obstacle, it will not stop Your purpose for my life. Thank You that when I honor You, Your blessing on me provides a hedge of protection around me. I am going to live at peace, knowing that You are guarding and defending me. In Jesus’ Name, Amen.

When you hear some gossip about someone you know, or a friend gives you inside information about someone who failed, cheated, or got into trouble, don’t call three friends or post it on the internet and expose them. A Prayer for Today Father, thank You for such a clear word of warning to guard my words against sowing discord and division. Thank You for all the people You have placed in my life to love and to serve and support them in every way that I can. Help me to let any gossip or damaging information about others die within me. God has untold blessings for you and the power to bring you what you need. You don’t have to go find it, make it happen on your own, force doors to open, or manipulate people. A Prayer for Today Father, thank You that Your arm has never lost any of its power, and You control the winds and bring Your blessings to me. A Prayer for Today Father, thank You that You are the Source of every good thing in my life.
