One prompt. One review. Then one click into 28 unique publication variants, not the same story pasted 28 times. This is why I built Zaivio. The Reputation Agent includes publishing through Zaivio Press, $129/mo with a 3-day free trial. Watch the intro: zaivio.com/intro

This is an incredible tool
Real estate agents: Realty AI is built for you. It helps you win listings, find client opportunities, build property marketing strategies and create ready-to-use presentations and follow-ups. Part of the Zaivio agent suite.

I've seen deals die before the first call because the search results looked weak. Treat reputation like sales prep.
Your next customer will probably look you up before they call. What they find decides whether they call at all. Your reputation is now part of your sales process. Treat it that way.

After enough years running things, you learn activity and progress are not the same. Busy teams can still miss the result that pays the bills.

Chat can draft a story in seconds. Getting it into 80+ real publications, then measuring what happened next, is a different product. That's Zaivio. Patent pending. See it: zaivio.com/intro

This is the gap I kept hitting. Chat makes you a better writer. A system makes the work finish.
General AI: spend an hour rewriting the prompt. Zaivio: choose your goal. Get a finished result. No prompting required. Ever. zaivio.com/intro

Most AI demos end when the slide deck looks good. Real businesses end the week asking what actually shipped. I care about the second number.

Ending a machine that carried your first revenue is a bigger goodbye than people think.
I did the same a few months ago I shut down my 13-year old $300/mo Linode VPS server that hosted all my 100+ sites for over a decade! That Linode VPS called Tommy is where everything started for me, I knew to build startups I needed a server so I just made one and SSH'd into it and started uploading PHP files of little startups I made After 1.5 years my first sites started taking off and I started making money on the internet with Tommy! For almost a decade I'd still FTP my files by dragging them every time I made an edit to the server, only around 2020 I switched to Github because @daniellockyer said it'd be better and because regularly the site would break at halfway because people would load the site while I was in the middle transferring index.php over FTP 😂 I didn't have multiple VPS servers, I had just one for ALL my sites and projects (I'd say upwards of 100), but it worked mostly fine, and I regularly posted about how it was all on one server which made Twitter/X go crazy "how do you scale???", it scaled fine, served 300 million people per year and 115,000 paying customers in its lifetime! Back around 2013, Linode was the "cool" hoster on Hacker News, but a decade later, the spirit of Linode seemed to have disappeared, it felt like it was in maintenance mode and not really loved for anymore. When it was acquired by Akamai in 2022, me and @daniellockyer knew we'd have to leave because acquired companies generally go to shit I saw @DHH posting about @Hetzner_Online so I started making little VPS servers there to test it, first with @pieter and it worked really great. Then slowly I started migrating each site over to Hetzner, with the most critical sites like Photo AI and Nomads last. I also started separating sites on to different VPS servers, isolating them, which now in this new AI cybersecurity time makes security sense. It was never an issue with performance though to have 100+ sites on one VPS, like literally never at all Then a few months ago I had to finally press the button to switch Tommy off, forever, I mean how nerd is it is to have feelings about a VPS? But without this little server I wouldn't have my life right now. I always imagined Tommy as some 🐻 brown bear, so I made it a little retirement page where it's sipping coconuts and chilling on the beach 🙏😊 THANK YOU TOMMY!!!! 🐻 tommyisretired.com

One real customer story beats a month of random posts. I've watched that play out over and over.
A simple way to build trust this week: Write one short story about a problem you solved for a customer. What was wrong, what you did, how it turned out. One real story does more than a month of random posts.

I’ve watched people pay $200/month for AI and still do all the work themselves. That’s the gap. Chat answers questions. Results need a system that actually does the work and gets it out into the world. That’s why I built Zaivio. zaivio.com/intro

Kids teaching themselves hard skills on YouTube still beats most classrooms.
Airbound x Core Memory! One of my favorite podcasts with one of my favorite founders. Move all movement to the skies.

Small business owners don't need more AI options. They need fewer decisions. The tools that win will be the ones that say what to do next, then help get it done.

Hard tests beat soft demos. Small businesses only feel AI when the bill and the result both make sense.
Great to see high quality benchmarks with headroom and look at that cost line for Carbon🚀

Most AI stops once it creates something. Zaivio's patent-pending system keeps going: identify, determine, create, distribute, measure, learn, then execute the next move. That loop is the whole point. See it: zaivio.com/intro

Simple and true. Talk the way your customers talk.
Easy SEO win: Describe your business with the words customers actually type into Google. "Roof repair in Frisco" beats "exterior solutions provider" every time. Say it the way they search for it.

The second group is quieter and usually runs the place.
Inside every firm adopting AI are two forces that both say they are "working on AI transformation:" a set of people who are AI-pilled who see AI as an existential threat/opportunity & a set who desperately want everyone to view AI as a regular technology so nothing has to change.

Connectivity that actually moves patient care. Basic internet still decides who gets help.

35 years in business taught me this about new tech: a tool never fixes a broken process. It just makes the broken process run faster. Fix how the work gets done first, then bring in AI.

More why-the-hell-nots would help a lot of founders I know. Kids get it.
"...in fact, I think that we don't have enough why-the-hell-nots in the world right now. " - wisdom of a 14 year old Bring your kids to work day is the best
