The Department of Commerce took action in favor of continuing CVDs on Moroccan phosphates. This would increase scarcity of fertilizer and already high prices. We hope that the ITC takes the impact of that action on farmers into consideration, and President Trump will extend his suspension of Moroccan phosphate CVDs.
