Next week GPT-6.2 Astra and Fable 5.5 drop, and honestly? Every time a new overpowered model hits, my first thought isn't "wow, cool tech" it’s which new gen startup is this going to kill, and where are the next layoffs starting? Sad, but the pace is just relentless. 🤖

What's even hapening, Big Tech clone drops price 90%. Another clone makes it free. Software features are commoditized. The real moat is uncopyable infrastructure. Distribution is king, but waking up to a clone with 10 more feature + Free. Moats must be physical or structural.
