Thoughts on Code Coverage:
Make a HUGE change beneath a given API surface.
Run the Unit Tests.
Green Means Go.
Sit and wait for the bugs to roll in ...
Starting to think the software doesn't have feelings. Even though I care about it, it will never reciprocate.
Maybe I shouldn't pour so much love into the code ...
Fixing bugs you can't reproduce sure feels a lot like searching for the white whale. You know it's out there, you want to end it, you just have to chase it all over to do so.

Massive respect to his efforts so far. 🙏

ALT DID YOU KNOW? In 2000, Steve Jobs offered Linus Torvalds, the creator of Linux, a position at Apple on the condition that he discontinue his work on Linux. Torvalds declined the offer, citing his dislike for the macOS kernel and his commitment to open-source development; he continues to actively lead the Linux project to this day. FOLLOW US IT’S FOSS

FYI, breaking change to @AkkaDotNET in .NET 10 - should have it fixed this week
Fun breaking change in .NET 10 - this has an impact on @AkkaDotNET 's ability to gracefully exit clusters if you're running:
1. .NET 10
2. Not using Akka .Hosting
We're going to get a fix for this out soon, but FYI

Here is my entry for the @UnoPlatform AI Challenge organized by @ThePracticalDev.
I had some ideas in mind, but I ended up revisiting an old classic of my younger years Winamp and made it as a cross-platform app.
My personal goal for this challenge was to create an interface using AI only.

Our AI tooling generated the butter-smooth Matrix transitions using direct GPU-backed rendering with Uno Platform’s SKCanvasElement.

Memorizer, our memory MCP server, now supports:
1. Configurable embedding dimensions + background jobs to re-embed all memories when you change those
2. Mermaid diagrams
3. Toggleable / light dark mode
Been saying this for over a year.
- Write your tests
- Let AI write whatever code to light them green
- Refactor when needed
- Profit
FWIW. This is the same model we used when Stack Overflow became the norm.

AI is a power tool. The more powerful your tools the more important your disciplines.
TDD is more important than ever to prevent the AI (and you) from hallucinating.

I spoke with @maddymontaquila last month about Aspire, having known almost nothing about it.
I had a 12-hour flight yesterday, so I decided to migrate our customer + admin portal to use it.
Really impressed so far! I can 100% see how it’ll help the team. ❤️

Probably my favorite new discovery... I've been trying to find a good way to test my Databases & Azure Storage integrations for years... I always knew Containers could help but just never knew how easy it could be to use them from a unit test! github.com/testcontainers/te…

"How Do You Fix 70% Data Loss Across 1 Million Concurrent Connections?" - this is a question a Production @AkkaDotNET Support customer asked us earlier this year. We solved it.

The fact that I can use the @UnoPlatform MCP Server to have it take a screenshot of the running app, analyze the screenshot, iterate through UI changes, and even close the app itself is.. *chefs kiss*
Not to mention the AI Agent in Hot Design. This is impressive!
So I get it architecture is bad. Design Patterns are bad. Anti-Patterns are "good" in that we avoid them even when we say patterns are bad.
Serious Question:
Is encapsulation bad too?
