Stop asking AI for answers. Feed it your meeting notes, then ask it to ask you questions. That’s how scattered conversations become sharper brand strategy, useful content, and a plan that remembers the details. #AI #BrandStrategy

What if your next prospect showed up already comfortable with you? They’ve watched your videos. They understand how you think. They have a sense of whether you can help. Patrick Allmond and I talked about how personal branding can lay that groundwork before a sales conversation begins. Showing up and sharing useful ideas gives people an opportunity to get to know you. What are potential customers learning about you before they ever reach out? Watch our conversation: youtube.com/watch?v=ui5cLxsZ… - thank you @YourDotCom for sponsoring this conversation

A business idea isn’t a business plan. Know your revenue model, costs, taxes, and goals before chasing visibility. If you don’t understand the numbers, you’re guessing. #Entrepreneurship #Business

Let's be thankful for the @SecretService - they can protect both @BarackObama and @realDonaldTrump - both can talk about each other and be protected by the same organization. That's FREEDOM people. Regardless of your politics - there's LOTS we can be grateful for.

What if you were KNOWN before your next sales call? What if you had an IMPACT before you even met the person who was curious about your service (or product)? Check out my discussion with Patrick Allmond all about this - zoneofgenius.com/patrick-all…

Before making a big move, ask: can this be undone? Test new ideas with a pilot. Some decisions can be repaired with an apology; others leave no way back. #DecisionMaking #Business

Attention and influence aren’t the same. A bold move can make people look, but it won’t make them agree. Before you act, ask: does this serve the mission—or the ego? #Leadership #Influence

Bold moves serve a mission. Reckless ones serve an ego. Before taking the risk, ask: has the normal process failed, what outcome matters, and can you live with the downside? #Leadership #DecisionMaking

The right words can still fail at the wrong moment. A joke during a serious conversation—or advice when someone is furious—won’t land. Timing is part of the message. #Communication #EmotionalIntelligence

. @X paid my mortgage again this month Don’t know how I got so lucky that many of you follow me here. I’ll try to share the little that I’ve learned about growing a (modest) following here on X. Hope it’s helpful to someone who is trying to grow: 1. Pick a lane and share everything you know When I first started posting, I only talked about starting a cleaning business. I was building it in real time and it was fun to share everything I was learning. My experiments, all my failures, and some of the successes Every day I tried to share just 1 thing I learned. That provided content every day and helped others who were doing the same thing 2. Make friends and be friendly with all. People follow people they like and trust (usually). Be someone that people like and enjoy engaging with. I’ve always tried to comment supportive / helpful things on other people’s content. Not only is it good for the soul + humanity, but it also helps you build relationships. That is actually important for building a following 3. Post how you talk. People are on this platform for entertainment + education. Big words don’t usually work. They scare people because they’re not here for a lecture. Just post how you talk and you’ll draw people to you because you’re real 4. Don’t try to be perfect and hide your scars. I share my failures all the time. I think that’s helped people trust and connect. No one wants to follow someone who is un relatable. 5. Do stuff and talk about it Like actually be working on something (fitness, business, hobbies, etc). People want to see what other people are up to and share in their experiences. You will automatically attract people trying to learn/do the same things. Make it a series or “your thing”. At least for a while at the beginning 6. Be patient If you look at top creators on X, you’ll see they’ve posted thousands of times. It’s not a coincidence that, often, the number of followers someone has mirrors the number of times they’ve posted. There are exceptions of course but I’d say is true more times than not So that’s it. That’s what I’ve learned from +8.6k posts and +9.2k followers (see what I did there 👀). Hope this was helpful to someone. Comment your questions (if any) and I’ll try to share what I know

Attention and influence aren’t the same. A dramatic move can make people look without making anyone agree. Before acting, know what you’re trying to achieve—and why. #Leadership #Communication

Before making a scene, ask: What’s the worst that could happen—and am I willing to live with it? Sometimes breaking decorum is the only way to cut through the noise. #DecisionMaking #Communication

Before taking a risk, ask: What’s the worst that could happen—and am I willing to live with it? Clarity can make the next move easier. #Mindset #RiskTaking

Bold or reckless? The difference often comes down to timing, stakes, and whether the move serves a purpose. Knowing when to act—and when to hold back—is a skill in business and beyond. #Leadership #Entrepreneurship

In a split-second decision, courage doesn’t mean certainty. Ask: Is this aligned with who I am? Is it necessary? Is it survivable? A simple filter can help when there’s no time for all the answers. #DecisionMaking #Mindset

The moment that changes everything often starts with breaking from the script. The real question: when is it worth taking a bold step? #Entrepreneurship #TakeAction

When the usual approach keeps failing, a bold move may be the only way forward. Sometimes that means getting on a plane to meet the person you’ve been trying to reach. Is the risk worth it? #PersonalGrowth #Networking
