Big news in mental health! @JAMA_current published results from MindMed’s Phase 2b study of MM120 (lysergide D-tartrate) in generalized anxiety disorder (GAD) – the first randomized controlled trial of its kind for LSD in psychiatry.
More than 60 million Americans live with GAD and major depressive disorder (MDD), and far too many still struggle to find relief with existing treatments. These results mark a major milestone for psychedelic medicine and highlight the powerful potential of a new treatment option.
