What about the new .sol?
The new SRS-based .sol domain registry won't support subdomains at launch.
Subdomains remain part of the .sns system, where you can continue managing them under their parent domains.
Building with subdomains?
Keep using .sns for your existing subdomain setup, and ensure your integration supports the updated suffix.

Another step in the .sol Upgrade.
@fairscalexyz has updated its SNS SDK, bringing .sns domain support to leaderboards and profiles.
One more place where your onchain reputation reflects your SNS identity. Thanks to the FairScale team for making the transition happen 🤝

"Why do I see .sol in some apps?"
Wallets and apps are updating at different speeds, so you may still see the old .sol suffix in some places.
Your existing domain and its records remain unchanged, and no action is required on your part. Remember: there's no claim, signature, or payment required.

Same accounts, upgraded names.
As part of the .sol Upgrade, @Orb_Markets has updated its SNS SDK. Search for accounts by their .sns domain and see those names in the holders section.
The .sol Upgrade keeps making on-chain identities easier to recognize. Kudos to the Orb team 🙌

Meet @projectsolo, the new bot in the SNS Discord.
As Web3 communities grow, so do fake accounts, farming, and inflated member counts. It's getting harder to tell how many real people are actually in the room.
That's why we've integrated Solo's Proof-of-Humanity bot ↓

Proof you’re not a bot, not an AI agent, and especially not an NPC in the @sns Discord!
We are making @solana a little more human, one community at a time. Glad to have @sns first in line!
