I recently ordered an item from @amazonIN. Unfortunately a wrong item was delivered. When I tried returning the item, the only option offered was for me to courier it to them. Apart from the hassle, I also pay for the return courier and forgo the marketplace fees! What a Racket!!

इस वक़्त भी लाइट नहीं है । २४ घंटे में से १६-१८ घंटे लाइट काटी जा रही हैं । ऐसा बुरा हाल कभी नहीं हुआ । आपकी ग्राउंड टीम ट्रेंड नहीं है और सारी इक्विपमेंट पुरानी हो गई है । इसलिए थोड़ी हवा बारिश में इतनी प्रॉब्लम होती है । बिल फिर भी ज़्यादा आता है बिजली ना होने पर भी ।

Since morning several power cuts . All due to faulty and outdated equipment! Residents are suffering in the heat ! We have no respite .
Most times and days inverters also run out of battery,power cuts are so long and frequent.

@amazonIN ordered 2 sets (of 2 each) of wall lamps thru Order# 171-4269536-2362717. Only 1 set was delivered different from the website and of poor quality. Item was returned and claim also filed for missing item. Even after multiple chats and emails, have still not recd refund.
I made the mistake of renewing my wife's car insurance thru @policybazaar and @oiclinsurance as the insurer. Even after 15 days the car is still lying at the workshop because the claim process and systems of #policybazaar and #orientalinsurance are slow and pathetic. Avoid them!
Have been an Airtel Broadband customer for 8+ years and an Airtel Black customer for over 2 years. Unstable broadband connection since last few months. No relief even after multiple complaints and technician visits @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia Time to switch to competition.
