Note to anyone buying appliances - avoid @LGUS at all costs or else it will cost!!
My elderly parents bought a new washer and dryer at @CDNAPLSource in late August, which was delivered, but turned out to be defective.
After two weeks of being given the runaround by an international LG Electronics call centre, the company finally agreed to send a new w & d.
Almost 6 weeks after the initial delivery, they finally received a (supposedly) new replacement of yet another defective w & d.
The washer rattles and the dryer clunks and no one answers the phones at the head office.
The call centre promised on October 3 to get back to them within 48 hours, but my parents have yet to hear back. How is this possible and acceptable? @BBBCentralCan1

@ShakuraSaida brings us a powerful rendition of Gil Scott-Heron’s “The Revolution Will Not Be Televised”, arranged by Jonathan Goldsmith. youtu.be/PXRBkFByNGk
I am so excited about bringing this workshop to Toronto next week. Having a safe space to explore who we are as artist, without judgment, surrounded by love and encouragement is rare.
I look forward to us, sharing our practices and learning from each other.

Whether you choose to come to one session or all five, I promise you that this workshop will change the way you think about performance. I say this confidently, because I am changed after every single workshop.
The Authentic Stage Craft workshop is for EVERYONE: people who sing for fun, young people just beginning their journey, seasoned veterans who just want to refresh and revisit and everyone in between.
Follow the link in the bio for information. shakurasaida.com/shows
Authentic Stage Craft will help artists become skilled in staying focused, grounded and authentic on stage while also delivering a dynamic performance.
The session will focus on: lyrical interpretation, connecting with audiences, stage presence, vocal power and expression

“Hold On To Love is a startling collection of songs with rare emotional depth that should be heard on every radio right across the country if not the world. Calling this ‘excellent’ doesn’t do it justice.”
