One of the most gut-wrenching moments of the year. Zendaya's performance as Chani in Dune: Part Three's third act will be generational.

It’s time for ICE to take the masks off, turn the body cameras on, and start answering to the American people who pay for their bloated budget.

An endless lineage of Aurafarmers and genocidal maniacs.
reading Children of Dune, and then they just casually mention Agamemnon being Alia's ancestor.

I could have watched an entire season just about Saw Gerrera, his growing paranoia and the fighting within and between all these revolutionary movements.
Kreegyr's a Separatist. Maya Pei's a neo-Republican. The Ghorman front? The Partisan alliance? Sectorists! Human cultists! Galaxy partitionists! They're lost! All of them, lost! Lost!

Actually, I'd say they are already in the correct order from best to worst (that is most and least fitting for the role) here.
The 5 finalists that have tested for the role of James Bond: • Robert Pattinson • Jack Lowden • Callum Turner • Nicholas Hoult • Josh O'Connor Who would you choose?

It's a small detail, but Alia - whom the Bene Gesserit consider an Abomination - wearing a white Aba hood and gown, an inversion of the Black worn by the Bene Gesserit Reverend Mothers like Mohiam, is another aspect that shows how meticulously these movies are made.

Paul Atreides and Edric, the Guild Navigator. One of my favourite scenes in Dune: Messiah. The architecture of this chamber, which we have seen in a couple of shots already, is incredible.

The Dune Trilogy has, in my eyes, costumes that not only rival those seen in Lord of the Rings, but actually surpass them. Utter insanity Dune: Part Two was not even nominated for an Academy Award. Jacqueline West is one of the most incredible artists in the entire industry.

I completely understand that Messiah is his final venture into the sands of Arrakis, but I would sell my soul to get Denis Villeneuve to do Children & God Emperor of Dune.

The Fremen see her as the Earth Figure, a demigoddess whose special charge is to protect the tribes through her powers of violence. She is Reverend Mother to their Reverend Mothers. To pilgrims who seek her out with demands that she restore virility or make the barren fruitful, she is a form of antimentat. She feeds on that proof that the "analytic" has limits. She represents ultimate tension. She is the virgin-harlot - witty, vulgar, cruel, as destructive in her whims as a coriolis storm. -St. Alia of the Knife as taken from The Irulan Report

At this point, with what she is saying here, I am 99% sure Alia's storyline in this movie will contain Children of Dune's possession plot. One of the most intriguing & tragic stories of the novel trilogy. Can't wait to hear and maybe see Stellan Skarsgård as the Baron again.
Anya Taylor-Joy says bringing Alia Atreides to the screen was her "most feral creation" "At the end of the movie, Denis and I talked, and I was like, “Whoa, I’m the bad guy. That’s crazy.” But I really understood where she was coming from. What a gift of a character to play somebody that has one connection to one person, and nobody else matters at all. That kind of straightforwardness felt almost animalistic in a way. I’ve never really done animal work before, but she was definitely my most feral creation." (nytimes.com/2026/11/04/movie…)

My favourite character from the novels has a good chance of becoming my favourite character in this trilogy. Anya Taylor-Joy will kill it.

I had always wondered how Momoa would approach this role. I found him quite perfect as Duncan, but Hayt is a different caliber. It's unlike anything he has ever done in his career and must have been an absolute challenge. Really hopeful he managed to pull it off.
"It was very challenging. I’m not the most subtle actor, or human, so it was probably my most subtle performance. It’s probably the weirdest character I’ve ever had to navigate... I had to figure out how to play a guy who doesn’t know who the guy is." (Jason Momoa, NYT)
