we already went through this once pierre has prayed for safety before the races for AGES now. he was involved in a terrible car accident with his family where his mum almost died when he was young, he broke part of his vertebrae on it, one of his best friends died in a crash a few years ago. making fun of a religious man for praying is just low as fuck.
this guy 😭

Indefensável isso aqui. 18 toques na bola. 6 ações defensivas. ~20 segundos. Mais de 100 metros do gol adversário. Claramente não era a mesma ação imediata de ataque. Golaço cancelado e um crime contra o futebol.

🚨 José Mourinho on Argentina vs. Egypt:
“This is daylight robbery. It’s a shame what football is becoming. How do you let the play continue, allow the goal to be scored, and only then decide to go back and cancel it? If there was a foul, stop the game immediately. Don’t wait until after the goal.
Then I ask another question—why wasn’t Argentina’s first goal reviewed with the same attention when it looked very close to offside? Why was every incident involving Argentina checked, while Egypt didn’t seem to get the same treatment?
VAR is supposed to bring fairness, not confusion. Today, it looked like every important decision went in Argentina’s favour. Football deserves better.”

Either both are fouls or neither is a foul. But they’re not going to re-referee they told us. #itsshit
Egypt's disallowed goal was completely against how this tournament has been refereed.
You can't have a light touch where you don't give fouls for minimal contact and then rule out a goal through VAR for a very minimal hold of the shirt.
