The FBI and our partners have arrested Luis Benítez Alcántara, a Mexican judge who allegedly accepted bribes and used his position to aid former FBI Ten Most Wanted Fugitive Ryan Wedding and his associates.
Benítez Alcántara was a district judge in Mexico City who allegedly accepted $2 million in exchange for granting bond to and ordering the release of Wedding’s second in command, while Wedding was orchestrating a billion-dollar transnational criminal organization and the largest supplier of cocaine to Canada with connections in Colombia, Mexico, and the U.S.
Benítez Alcántara is charged with nine counts of accessory after the fact for assisting the individual in order to hinder or prevent his apprehension, trial or punishment.

This is why we owe a debt of gratitude to Elon Musk. He saved the First Amendment.
Elon: "Claro."

🚨 THIS: President Trump just shared Joel Pollak's take on last night, and it is the only one worth reading.
"Securing the border is ugly. Fighting Iran is costly. Taking on special interests upsets donors. Backing AI scares people."
"Tonight, Republicans paid the costs. The benefits will be with us for many generations."
Weak Republicans campaign on what is easy. Trump governs on what is NECESSARY.
One bad night does not undo a secure border.

Hillary Clinton calls for Elon Musk to be dragged to testify before Congress even if Trump pardons him and says he won’t be able to plead the Fifth because he would have no jeopardy.
So does she support prosecuting Fauci for pleading the Fifth 100+ times?
LAWFARE WARNING: Harvard Law School professor emeritus Alan Dershowitz warned on NEWSMAX that Democrats risk undermining the American legal system by threatening investigations of Republicans following their victory in the midterms.
Dershowitz criticized Rep. Robert Garcia for posting a two-word warning to Republicans, "lawyer up," after Democrats won control of the House.
"What the chairman is saying is, we don't really care whether or not people violated the law. We now have the power, and we're going after you. And you better get lawyers," Dershowitz said.

The Dow just dropped over 1,200 points, led by a massive crash in tech stocks.
You might not like Big Tech, but here’s the reality… these companies hold $3 TRILLION in debt. If they fall, we’re going down with them.
So why is this happening? I think because the Left is already signaling bans on AI data centers. And the market is responding.
If tech collapses, our stock market falls apart. And when that happens, you think the government is going to help? They can’t! They’re buried under trillions in debt themselves, and nobody is going to lend to us.
I already warned you to prepare for impact. If you haven’t yet, this may be the beginning.

🚨 BREAKING: Hillary Clinton wants Elon Musk dragged before Congress—and says even a presidential pardon won't protect him.
Meanwhile, Fauci received a Biden pardon and pled the Fifth over 100 times, and the Left cheered.

The Senate has failed under John Thune's leadership.
He has failed on the SAVE America Act. Failed to get anything done on immigration and H-1B visas. Failed to codify Trump's executive orders. Failed to confirm all of Trump's appointments.
They need to cancel the vacation and confirm every one of the 156 outstanding nominees.
Every vacancy must be filled or they will be filled by Democrats.
The House and Senate Republicans need to take full advantage of the majority while we still have them.
Get it done.

In the final two years of his presidency, Democrats will try — and fail — to reverse everything President Trump has done.
These efforts will meet the same fate as the Radical Left’s previous attempts: failure.

So you change your clocks again in March while 22 Senate session days run out.
Trump is right about this one.
