🚨 HOLY CRAP! Connecticut named its sanctuary law the TRUST Act. Then it made ICE chase a convicted child sex predator on the street.
ICE Boston just announced 118 illegal-alien arrests in four days across southern Connecticut. A pile of them were back out because local politicians refused immigration detainers.
THIS IS ABSURD OBSTRUCTION.
One name on the sheet: Harvin Rivera-Guardado of Honduras, convicted of sexual assault risking injury to a child, sentenced to 15 years. Another Ecuadorian faces two pending counts of risk of injury to a child. Drug dealers. Weapons. Assault. Acting ICE Field Office Director David Wesling said Connecticut sanctuary politicians would rather stand with a convicted sexual predator than with law-abiding Americans.
Florida’s sheriffs partnered up and pulled 500. Connecticut wrote a statute that tells cops to look away. Cable news covered protest signs and somehow missed the 15-year child-sex sentence.
