the big 12 softball landscape just got a whole lot better. congrats Whitey and the longhorns. nitter.cf/BTPSoftball/status/101…
if your drop ball and change spin the same you can win a lot with those two pitches. Rise ball would be the next. Never understood the fastball especially if the change doesn't spin the same. The key to the change is deception, if it doesn't spin the same it is easy to see. nitter.cf/Fastpitchnews/status/1…
Once pitchers have command of their fastball and a great change up, which pitch should they learn next? bit.ly/2MtTv5X
great day to reflect on what this great game has given us all! Truly a passionate sport. nitter.cf/bsnider_22/status/1006…

the change up is a must. It also needs to be thrown more than 3 times a game . Maybe throw it other than 0-2. An absolute joke on how predictable the change up is for many pitchers. If you can't throw it 3-2 you don't have a change up nitter.cf/Fastpitchnews/status/1…
A pitcher doesn’t need five pitches to be successful on the mound, but they do need a change-up. bit.ly/2Mn45vJ
Marcus welcome back. You have dominant stuff. Get EV efficient and your hard hit ball rate will plummet. STOP throwing low fastballs please nitter.cf/MStrooo6/status/100688…
not even close. accuracy with the ability to change speeds is a deadly combo. Paige Parker one of the best ever at EV. Pure speed will allow you to get away with mistakes at times. Short fences and missed locations equal 210 ft fly balls. nitter.cf/Fastpitchnews/status/1…
what a year for Rachel. All well deserved. She is a pleasure to train and is someone who really puts the work in and it shows. nitter.cf/UCLASoftball/status/10…

the term itself "let it get deep" makes no sense. your video shows the importance of the contact point and pitch location versus letting it get deep. Let a fastball inside get deep and your bat is in two pieces. Great video nitter.cf/thepureswingsd/status/…
We all hear to let it get deep, or take your hands to the ball. Nobody ever says how deep though!
Here's Reggie Smith and I showing my optimal contact points and how to get there. We'll go over this in detail on 6/28 at @Batting_Legends at the clinic.
