El pasado 28 de octubre presenamos el workshop "Se parte de la red: instala tu nodo Zcash" en el marco de la México Tech Week (@MexicoTechWeek). Este evento se llevó a cabo justo el día del 10mo aniversario de Zcash. Durante la actividad exploramos aspectos básicos como: historia de Zcash, direcciones transparentes y blindadas, pruebas de conocimiento cero, búsqueda de transaciones en exploradores de bloques y más. Luego pasamos a la parte práctica del taller donde dimos una explicación sobre cómo instalar un nodo Zcash con la guía de un agente IA. Hablamos sobre el rol histórico de "Zcashd" que ya no está en funcionamiento así como de los principales nodos que tenemos actualmente: Zebra (@ZcashFoundation) y Zakura (@ZakuraZcash). El objetivo principal de la actividad fue enseñar cómo instalar un nodo propio y además comprender la importancia de este para la red de Zcash así como la máxima privacidad que se consigue al enviar transacciones desde este nodo propio. Gracias a @_le_cygne e @Irwingduran por llevar adelante este evento.
