We evaluated the Instructional Leadership Development Programme (ILDP) by the Instructional Leadership Institute (ILI), which aims to enhance teaching and learning quality in South Africa through training, coaching, and mentorship of school leaders.
Funded by the Education Endowment Foundation (@EducEndowFoundn) and Zenex Foundation (@ZenexF), our study evaluates ILDP’s impact on school management, teaching quality, and student performance while uncovering key drivers and challenges.
