In 2018, we started with 12,000 lbs. By 2021, that number grew to over 200,000 lbs. This year, we’re set to transform well over 400,000 lbs of textile waste into quality natural fiber garments. It’s possible—and we’re proving it.
The future of fashion is circular.
Clothing made close to home, with materials that suit the land and are shaped by local needs. Less reliance on global detours, more trust in regional knowledge—on fibres that reflect the climate, and designs guided by function, not trends.
Old sails don’t belong in landfills. We turned them into Sail Totes instead. #upcycle

One of the most disgusting byproducts of clothing donations/recycling is that it’s basically a scam and goes mostly to a landfill or gets burned. The worst one is this chilean open air clothing disposal, it’s in the Atacama desert, so it gets baked/mummified and stays intact
Globally, we discard 92 million tons of clothing waste every year—that’s a garbage truck of clothes every second. Circular fashion can break this cycle...
We currently possess enough clothing on the planet to meet the needs of the next six generations. #CircularEconomy

This year, ANIAN closed our doors on Black Friday. It’s become a tradition for us, and the reasons are the same now as they’ve been for the last 5 years.

We believe good value should be on offer every day, not just a few times a year.
