Today is World Mental Health Day! 💜 It's a day to remind ourselves that mental health matters, and that every conversation can make a difference. This year, The Mental Health Foundation are encouraging everyone to do one simple thing: take time to talk and really listen. Listening helps people feel understood, supported and less alone. It also helps us learn from people's experiences and better protect mental health. Measuring Summer Holiday Impact 📈 Summer is always a busy and exciting period at the Trust, and this year was no exception. Across all of our summer provisions we: 💚 Welcomed 8,020 young people from across the region 💚 Delivered 2,071 hours across 367 sessions. 💚 100% were very satisfied or satisfied with our provision.
