State Representative Fabian Basabe just had a full on meltdown at the Miami Beach City Hall voting location. It required police to intervene twice, eventually telling him he would be ticketed if he kept yelling into a microphone while people were voting.

This is one of at least five men who have accused Basabe of s*xual misconduct. He was found liable by a civil jury in July for s*xually harassing and battering his male former legislative aide and intern and ordered to pay them $450,000 in damages.
