🔥2008 年金融海嘯期間措施最多。9 月 22 日起，所有股票恢復平盤以下不得放空；10 月 1 日起至 10 月 14 日暫時全面禁止放空，理由是美國紓困案遭眾議院否決，台股當天跌幅相對國際股市仍屬較深。
10 月 12 日行政院宣布，10 月 13 日起單日跌幅限制從 7% 縮小為 3.5%，全面禁空展延到 12 月 31 日。
🔥2015 年遇上陸股崩盤與人民幣貶值，8 月 13 日起融券保證金成數從 90% 調到 120%，8 月 24 日起再禁止平盤以下放空。
9 月 21 日起恢復平盤以下放空。（2016 年初陸股熔斷後，1 月 8 日到 2 月 29 日另單獨調高過一次融券保證金，不算在 5 次內。）
🔥2020 年新冠疫情期間，金管會 3 月 18 日宣布，3 月 19 日起 3 個月內，把每日盤中借券賣出委託數量上限從 30% 降到 10%，同一天再加上個股跌 3.5% 以上、隔天不得以低於前一日收盤價放空的規則。
6 月 9 日金管會宣布取消 3.5% 規則，借券上限 6 月 10 日起回到 30%。
🔥2022 年遇上升息與俄烏戰爭。金管會 10 月 1 日起借券上限從 30% 降到 20%、融券保證金從 90% 調到 100%；10 月 11 日宣布，10 月 12 日起再降到 10% 與 120%；10 月 21 日再加上跌 3.5% 隔日不得平盤以下放空的規則。措施到 2023 年 2 月 24 日才全部回復。
🔥2025 年是美國對等關稅。4 月 6 日宣布，4 月 7 日起借券上限從 30% 降到 3%、融券保證金從 90% 調到 130%。原訂只到 4 月 11 日，金管會 4 月 12 日的新聞稿宣布延長一週，4 月 19 日起不設期限繼續實施，5 月 26 日起回復。

TL;DR: In the early hours of Nov 4, SignalPlus was targeted in an attack that began with a compromised third-party Telegram account, affecting a small number of accounts without IP whitelisting.
We detected and contained the intrusion quickly. As a precaution, we immediately worked with our CEX partners to revoke all SignalPlus-linked API keys and temporarily paused our terminal services.
Total losses are under US$82k, and all affected users will be reimbursed in full.
We expect to bring services fully back online over the next few days. Updates and user instructions will be shared through our official channels.

SEAL recently reported asset losses among several users of self-custody wallets on iOS, including multiple Trust Wallet users and one Uniswap Wallet user. Losses reported so far total approximately $561,000.
Based on the information currently available, we suspect these cases may be linked to the recent wave of iOS-related cybercrime. In these iOS attacks, attackers exploit unpatched vulnerabilities in older versions to steal private data and obtain unauthorized privileges, then steal and transfer crypto assets.
