The Boulder Star Lighting Ceremony is a beloved Boulder Tradition that kicks off the holiday season, honors our veterans and serves as a symbol of unity and hope for all. We are grateful to @ElevationsCU for sponsoring this year’s ceremony.
The Boulder Star was first lit in December 1947 and has since become an iconic institution in our town. This year’s Ceremony will take place on Veterans Day, November 11, and honors the service and sacrifice of our active-duty military and the roughly 14,000 veterans that live in our community.
Join the Boulder Chamber for the livestream of the Boulder Star on November 11 at 6:00 PM, streaming exclusively on the Boulder Chamber Youtube channel. The program will include a Joint Service Color Guard in partnership with the CU Boulder Veterans Alumni Association.
Thank you to Elevations Credit Union for helping to keep this special Boulder tradition shining bright.
