getting married on halloween so i gave one of my grok bot 'Health Bot' the task "get me to 215 before the wedding"

i just text health bot my weight every morning. it logs it, keeps a running calorie bank, and tells me when a jump is just water from sushi and beer and cake
3.2 lbs off the goal, averaged 1.9lbs a week and i'm getting married tomorrow
215 was a bit ambitious for the timeframe, but I'll take where I'm at!
also i love the ability to just ask my bot to create a chart show casing different stats, how many calories have I eaten, protein intake over time, weight over time
I can style it to my needs / aesthetic without having to pay for some app that locks me into their ecosystem

every time i attend a wedding i’m mostly in shock by how miraculous it is that two people actually made it.
the modern funnel from meeting someone to marrying them must have 500 steps each requiring dual opt in every single scenario. at almost any point, either person can walk away & the whole thing collapses.
