This guy runs a 10-person company that shipped 77,000 substantial changes in 30 days using AI agents.
The wild part? His company spent $3.1M on AI tokens last month.
His setup flips the traditional company model:
→ Permanent agents own engineering, finance, bug fixes, and operations.
→ Agents monitor production and fix problems, often within an hour.
→ AI judges resolve thousands of routine product decisions using recorded company principles.
→ Humans focus on taste, ambitious ideas, and deciding what NOT to build.
His team even treats an hour without shipping as a critical incident.
The contrarian lesson: The future of AI isn't humans using agents to work faster. It's humans building companies where agents do most of the execution.
The real bottleneck becomes human judgment, not headcount.
UPCOMING TOKEN UNLOCKS: NOV 1–10, 2026
Several major supply events are coming up, including unlocks worth over $100M.
Here are the dates, token amounts, values at today’s prices and each unlock’s share of circulating supply:
Nov 1: $M MemeCore: 56.11M tokens, ~$53.1M (2.4%)
Nov 1: $SUI Sui: 13.15M tokens, ~$11.8M (0.3%)
Nov 1: $ZETA ZetaChain: 44.26M tokens, ~$1.6M (2.7%)
Nov 1: $KITE Kite: 65.2M tokens, ~$7.1M (2.7%)
Nov 1: $XRP Ripple: 1B XRP escrow release, though most of it is usually re-locked
Nov 2: $BTW Bitway: 101.62M tokens, ~$114.8M (6.7%)
Nov 2: $STO StakeStone: 21.35M tokens, ~$650K (9.5%)
Nov 2: $OPN Opinion: 10.36M tokens, ~$466K (5.7%)
Nov 3: $KITE Kite: 640M tokens, ~$69.7M (26.8%). Some trackers show a single 1.11B cliff instead.
Nov 4: $LA Lagrange: 30.33M tokens, ~$1.6M (8.5%)
Nov 4: $SD Stader: 918.75K tokens, ~$104K (1.2%)
Nov 5: $KTA Keeta: 18.06M tokens, ~$1.1M (2.9%)
Nov 6: $QUAI Quai Network: 15.83M tokens, ~$106K (1.4%)
Nov 6: $RESOLV Resolv: 1.94M tokens, ~$30K (0.4%)
Nov 7: $STABLE Stable: 888.89M tokens, ~$23.3M (4.9%)
Nov 7: $JTO Jito: 16.96M tokens, ~$6.3M (3.1%)
Nov 8: $WPAY Wirex Pay: 169.89M tokens, ~$168.5M (10.1%)
Nov 9: $ADI ADI Chain: 6.99M tokens, ~$56.2M (7.2%)
Nov 9: $MOVE Movement: 164.58M tokens, ~$1.0M (3.5%)
Nov 10: $LINEA Linea: 750.16M tokens, ~$1.8M (3.1%)
Nov 10: $ME Magic Eden: 10.73M tokens, ~$610K (1.7%)
Watch the size of each unlock relative to circulating supply, not just its dollar value. $KITE’s Nov 3 unlock is worth less than $BTW’s, but it’s nearly 4x bigger as a share of supply.
Big releases can create selling pressure, but unlocked tokens aren’t automatically sold. Who receives them, liquidity and market conditions all matter.

$6.3B gone from Binance. $3B already frozen.
October is now the worst month for crypto hacks ever, at over $6B.
Here’s everything else that happened:
- Polymarket: a hacked vendor script drained 726 wallets of $2.7M. Full refunds promised
- X100, Arkadiko and Hifi: attackers bought voting power and drained about $6.9M
- Aave: voting on V3.8, a new safety lock that keeps flash loans working
- Injective: you can now trade the rental price of 5 Nvidia GPUs
- Solana: Alpenglow is live, targeting 150ms finality, down from 12.8 seconds
- OCC: the US stablecoin rules take effect on Jan 18, 2027
- CoinDCX: lost $16M from old wallets, after its CEO first called it a false alarm
- Polygon: banks can now run private chains that settle on Ethereum
Code bugs didn’t cause most of this month’s losses. A laptop, a script and some governance votes did.
Anthropic’s revenue went from $1.2B to $16.3B in a year.
That’s one of 10 AI launches from the past week:
- Replit: anyone can describe a feature in plain words and get back a tested pull request
- GitHub: Copilot SDK agents can run on the org’s credentials, not a person’s login
- OpenAI: GPT-6.1 Terra reads your screen and acts in your browser, desktop and apps
- GitHub: Copilot’s assisted mode auto-approves safe actions and asks about the rest
- Anthropic: its S-1 shows first-half revenue of $16.3B, up from $1.2B
- Codex CLI: save 10 go-to prompts as presets
- Replit: an on-call agent that detects, fixes, tests and redeploys outages
- Anthropic: Agent Skills is now an open standard at the Linux Foundation, with 1M skills published
- Microsoft: a support AI that remembers you across voice and chat
- Cursor: agents you build, test and deploy like software
Agents are getting their own logins, budgets and on-call shifts.

Which $FET update matters most going into Q4?
$ONDO now manages $3B in tokenized Treasuries, overtaking BlackRock’s $2.2B.
The challenger just became the leader.
Did you see this coming?
New milestone: $3 billion in tokenized U.S. Treasuries.
Ondo ranks #1 among tokenized U.S. Treasury platforms on RWA․xyz, with $3 billion across USDY, OUSG and tokenized Treasury ETFs.
Leading that growth is USDY, with over $2.3 billion in TVL, larger than BlackRock’s BUIDL.
With USDY, holders can:
→ Earn yield directly in their wallets
→ Trade permissionlessly onchain
→ Use USDY as collateral across DeFi apps
This milestone reflects how quickly tokenization is growing and how early we still are in bringing the world’s financial markets onchain.
Billions today. Trillions tomorrow.

Which $SUI update matters most going into Q4?
Last few hours on this one, so worth a look if you’ve been on the fence.
The $1WIN sale from @1winToken closes today at 15:00 UTC.
What kept me looking at it is the gap between the business and the price. 1win’s casino recorded $139.8M in onchain deposits over the last 30 days, and that’s only the crypto side. The token is selling at $0.03 with a $30M FDV.
Deposits aren’t profit, so I wouldn’t read that number as revenue. But it’s a lot of real money moving through a product that already exists, which is more than most token launches can show.
The sale is pro rata, so getting in early never gave anyone an advantage. Claims open tomorrow, 31 Oct.
Final hours at the sale price: 1wintoken.com
DYOR.
Two major RWA infrastructure plays.
One connects global financial markets to blockchains. The other targets enterprise-grade tokenization and real-world applications.
$LINK vs $HBAR
Head to Head Series RWA Edition
$LINK:
The institutional interoperability play.
→ Price: $10.99
→ Market cap: $8.43B
→ 24h volume: $819M
→ FDV: $10.99B
→ Circulating supply: 766.8M / 1B LINK
→ Transaction value enabled: $36.4T+
→ LINK in Chainlink Reserve: 6M+
Chainlink provides the oracle data and cross-chain infrastructure that tokenized assets need to work across financial markets.
Its latest major catalyst is CCIP 2.0, launched at Sibos on September 28 to help institutions move tokenized assets across blockchains. ANZ and Fidelity International took part, with backing from Deutsche Börse’s Crypto Finance and SBI Digital Markets.
The bull case: Chainlink can benefit from tokenization across many networks without needing to become the dominant blockchain itself.
Flip side: LINK carries a much higher valuation, and more tokenization doesn’t automatically mean more demand for the token.
$HBAR:
The enterprise tokenization play.
→ Price: $0.0708
→ Market cap: $3.14B
→ 24h volume: $158M
→ Circulating supply: 44.33B / 50B HBAR
→ Total network transactions: 71B+
→ Accounts created: 10M+
→ Consensus finality: 2.9 seconds
Hedera is a public network built for low-cost transactions, enterprise apps and token issuance through the Hedera Token Service.
A notable RWA development is Asseto, a tokenization platform that went live on Hedera and HashSphere in June. It handles issuance, trading and settlement for tokenized equities, bonds, funds and loans.
Still, Hedera’s tokenized RWA footprint is small. RWA.xyz shows about $92M in tokenized assets distributed on Hedera.
Flip side: HBAR is smaller than LINK, but the network still needs to turn enterprise interest into much more tokenized value and recurring usage.
My take:
$LINK is the more established bet on the infrastructure connecting tokenized assets across markets and blockchains.
$HBAR is the smaller bet on enterprises choosing Hedera to issue and settle assets.
The key difference: Chainlink connects tokenized finance across networks, while Hedera is a network where tokenized assets get issued and traded.
Which RWA thesis do you prefer: $LINK’s interoperability edge or $HBAR’s enterprise adoption potential?
$RENDER is building beyond graphics. The next catalyst could be private AI infrastructure.
Here’s what matters this week:
→ RNP-024 voting live: Forth AI gateway with up to 500K RENDER in proposed incentives
→ 82M+ cumulative frames processed across the network
→ 2x+ growth in recent 30-day job spend
→ Render x Solana: 14 artists featured in the Nov. 16 BEYOND THE FRAME event in London
→ ~$1.65–$1.70 price zone in focus
AI gateways, rising network usage, and creative workloads are expanding Render’s utility.
The key question: can real network demand translate into sustained $RENDER value?
$BTC is trading below the rising channel’s midpoint on the daily chart after forming lower highs from September’s peak around $87K.
I see momentum weakening here, even though price remains inside the broader rising channel.
The dashed support line sits around $79.5K at the current candle, and I’m watching whether today closes below it.
I’ll stay cautious unless BTC reclaims $79K–$80K and starts holding above that midpoint.
$HYPE has followed through on the reversal setup I posted on October 27.
I was watching whether the $75–$77 support zone could hold and produce a clear daily break above the descending trendline.
That support held, price broke the downtrend, and the move has now cleared both $82–$83 and $88.
The previous daily candle also wicked through my $94–$96 target zone toward $97, so all three areas from the original post have now been reached.
What I’m watching next is how price behaves after reaching that final zone, because the upper wick shows selling appeared near the September highs.
I’m still bullish on the recovery, but I want to see $88 hold if we get a pullback.
$HYPE is compressing above the $75–$77 support zone on the daily chart, also a descending trendline
I see a potential reversal attempt here because this zone aligns with the old June highs and the base of Septembers mini pump.
I’m still waiting for a clear daily close above the descending trendline.
The MACD is becoming less negative, which could mean selling momentum is easing, although a bullish crossover has not confirmed.
I'll become more bullish if $75–$77 holds and price clears that trendline.
I’d then watch $82–$83 first, followed by $88, with $94–$96 further overhead if those levels are reclaimed.
A daily close below $75 would weaken this setup.
For now, I’m watching whether this support test produces a sustained break of the downtrend.
$HYPE is closer to ATH than every other coin on this list.
$HYPE: ATH $97.96 (Sep 2026), now $81.26, needs +21%
$XMR: ATH $797.73 (Jan 2026), now $603.95, needs +32%
$BTC: ATH $126,080 (Oct 2025), now $80,864, needs +56%
$ETH: ATH $4,946.05 (Aug 2025), now $2,350, needs +110%
$SOL: ATH $293.31 (Jan 2025), now $101.32, needs +189%
$TAO: ATH $757.60 (Mar 2024), now $255.83, needs +196%
$LINK: ATH $52.70 (May 2021), now $11.58, needs +355%
Which one gets there first?
$BASE is generating over $2.5M in L2 fee revenue over 30 days.
Top 10 Ethereum L2s by fees paid by users, based on growthepie’s 30-day data to Oct 28:
- Base: $2.55M
- Robinhood Chain: $1.68M
- Arbitrum One: $613K

- Ink: $19K
Base and Robinhood Chain took 77% of the top 10’s fees.
Base paid only $16.8K to Ethereum to settle all of it, keeping over 99%.
Which L2 do you think catches Base first?
