.@F3Nation 🚨 New Episode Drop🚨 Ep 80 | Don't Bullfrog Your Life "If it bugs you, that's 'cause God put it on your heart to bug you. And that's what you should be spending your life trying to solve." - @dreddcnc Most men can list ten things that frustrate them. Almost none can name the one problem they were put on earth to solve. ✅ Why your frustrations are symptoms, not a purpose ✅ The three-solutions rule for bringing a leader a problem ✅ Why men who won't take initiative were taught not to ✅ Universal chafes vs. the one problem you can't stop thinking about Committee meetings talk about the problem. Men bring three solutions and go try them. WATCH HERE: youtu.be/cFOv8xl2DzE #TheWhetstone #F3Nation #Leadership #Purpose #Accountability

.@F3Nation "You weren't here to serve yourself. You're not here to just exist. You're here to love and serve your fellow man." - @Darkhelmetf3 If you're here to serve somebody else, there's a problem out there with your name on it. It doesn't have to be the whole world's problem, just a piece small enough that you can actually move it. Your purpose isn't a feeling to find. It's a problem to solve. .@F3Nation "I want your approval. I want to impress you... I want you to like me. I want you to think that I'm really smart and capable." - @Darkhelmetf3 The decision isn't the hard part. The hard part is what you're afraid people will think, so you take on more than you should and insert yourself where you shouldn't. Approval feels like fuel. It's actually weight. .@F3Nation "You have to be real honest with yourself and go, these are things I am good at and these are things I'm not good at." - @Darkhelmetf3 Finding your purpose starts with an honest inventory, not a flattering one. What you enjoy, what you're actually good at, and what people keep asking you to do are three different lists, and the work is finding where they overlap. What people ask you to do isn't your calling. It's a clue. WATCH HERE: youtu.be/IswvOkyequQ 🎙️ #TheWhetstone #F3Nation #Purpose #SelfAwareness 🎯

.@F3Nation "Until we're really willing to truly submit it, to truly sacrifice it, to let it go, we can't get the better thing." - @Darkhelmetf3 You're holding on to something cheap because it's yours and you can see it. The better thing is already waiting, and it stays out of reach until you open your hand. The fake thing isn't what's holding you back. Your grip on it is. .@F3Nation "I like the pat on the back that I get from doing X, Y, or Z thing. And if I have to stop that I won't like that. Well, tough. You know, cry about it." - @Darkhelmetf3 You probably have a decent idea of what your mission is. You haven't committed to it because committing means giving up the things that make you feel good about yourself. Indecision isn't humility. It's a way to keep the applause. .@F3Nation New Episode Drop: Persuasion Is Not Compulsion "The desire to have someone like you can cause you to make decisions that will put the mission in jeopardy." - @Darkhelmetf3 Most leaders think the approval problem is a feelings problem. It's a mission problem, and it costs you twice. ✅ Why saying the persuasive things isn't persuasion ✅ The missing piece: "If this goes poorly, here's the plan" ✅ Aligned vs. on mission: the Honda Civic towing a trailer ✅ Why the real trap is a pile of good things Compulsion moves people while you're watching. Persuasion moves them when you're gone. WATCH HERE: youtu.be/IswvOkyequQ #TheWhetstone #F3Nation #Leadership #Persuasion #Trust

.@F3Nation "A guy doesn't want to be wanted as much as he wants to be needed... Deploy me, you know, make me useful." - @Darkhelmetf3 Being invited feels good for a day. Being needed for something only you can do is what keeps a man coming back. He wants to know he did a thing, it mattered, and it made a difference. Wanted fills a seat. Needed gives a man a reason to stay. WATCH HERE: youtu.be/QaSnKXzW8dE 🎙️ #TheWhetstone #F3Nation #Purpose #Significance 🎯

.@F3Nation "A lot of guys climb to there and then they camp and they stop and their progression is over." - @Darkhelmetf3 Good job, a wife, a couple kids. The view is nice, the sun is shining, and there's food in your belly. So you sit down, dangle your feet over the edge and decide this is good enough. The plateau isn't failure. Camping there is. .@F3Nation "I believe we are an organization of infiltration... Where do we go as leaders to go and spread leadership in places that already exist?" - @Darkhelmetf3 Writing a check, holding a run and raising money for a good cause are all good things. But a man who walks into an organization that already exists and starts leading changes it from the inside. Funding a mission is good. Leading inside one is better. .@F3Nation 🚨 New Episode Drop 🚨 Loneliness Isn't the Problem: Men Have No Mission "Loneliness is a byproduct of the fact that men have no mission." - @Darkhelmetf3 You've read the headlines. Men are lonely, so go make friends. But a breakfast club won't fix a man with nowhere to go. Give him a mission, and he'll find out fast he can't do it alone. ✅ Why men want to be needed more than wanted ✅ Hacking at branches vs. striking the root ✅ Why men disappear when the title ends ✅ The Mountain: why the true leader goes back down Friends keep a man company. A mission makes him a brother. WATCH HERE: youtu.be/QaSnKXzW8dE #TheWhetstone #F3Nation #Leadership #Loneliness #Mission

.@F3Nation "I could take a guy who lacks charisma, has a faulty memory, stumbles over his words, and improve them to the point where he's a C minus... it took nine hours to get to that." - @dreddcnc From the gallery, it looks like a bad job. Nobody will ever see the nine hours, and there's no way to measure what they were worth. A C-minus isn't always failure. Sometimes it's nine hours of excellence nobody saw.
