I totally agree with Curry on this.
I dropped out of film school years ago myself, and this latest movie we shot was nothing but talented people who wanted to work together with Maria and I to make something magical.
I believe in US. I believe in you. Just believe in you, too
Curry Barker says you do not need film school, and any school selling it as a secret ticket is a red flag
“you do not need film school”
“we dropped out”
“it is true that you can make it in this business without it”
“a secret ticket”
“any school that’s trying to sell you that promise is probably a red flag”
he says the real value is the friends who want to make things with you
this one is going to start a fight in every film student group chat
Also, Curry’s father Jeff told us exclusively on our show how proud of his son he is, and we are just so proud of the entire team who brought Obsession to life.
Thank you to all of the cast or crew who believed in us enough to trust us with promoting your film.
Hey @huskirl - remember when we did this?

@carlossilva - We loved our time at TNA, & for over a year now, we’ve been working incredibly hard to get on your radar & show that we belong.
We’d love a tryout or the chance to contribute to TNA officially.
Ready to put in the work. The DMs are open!

If you know me, then you know I’m not the one to give up. I hope me coming forward, and holding myself accountable helps someone out there.
Know you’re not alone. WE matter. Keep going. Much love. - David

We appreciate your reposts/support for us in TNA!
It looks like it’s a no to the tryout & that’s perfectly okay! These things have to make sense for all parties involved.
Just part of the industry we love so much. Keep an eye out for our next movie. News coming soon!!
