WAKE UP OR GET EATEN UP! The Industrial Revolution began about 266 years ago. I believe AI is opening a chapter of comparable historical importance. AI, SI, whatever you want to call it. Recognize what’s happening. Timing is everything. In sports. In investing. Especially in business. The road to the future still takes work. But before you can seize an opportunity, you have to RECOGNIZE it. Some people are learning these tools, building businesses, and finding customers. Others are dismissing the whole thing before they’ve even tried. You have something approaching a genie in a bottle. Start fucking wishing. Then get specific. Then get to WORK. My generation had its own battles. During my early 20's, we faced 18%-21% mortgage rates, severe unemployment over 9% with no real opportunity, and gas shortages that had people waiting in lines for two hours. Forget complaining about the price—you worried about getting gas. Today’s struggles are real, too. But so are today’s tools. Those tools have the ability to vault over much of the struggle when used wisely. It’s always going to be a struggle when your goals are high. How many hours a day are you willing to put in to get ahead? 8? 12? 16? 18? If you’re putting in 8 hours while someone else is putting in 12 or 18, understand the effort you’re competing against. If you’re not willing to put in the extra work, why the hell are you complaining that you’re not getting ahead? And if their 18 hours are working with tools that create the effort of 180 hours, you're not even in the same stadium, in the same city. You were being left behind in the dust! When I was growing up, people around me worked 2 jobs, sometimes 3. Getting ahead took sacrifice. Having better tools doesn’t eliminate the need for a work ethic. It's just accelerates where you're going and your earnings along the way, if you're smart. How much time are you willing to invest in learning them? What could you create? What problem could you solve? What could you do today that you couldn’t do a year ago? I believe this is the greatest opening for humanity I’ve seen in my lifetime. You don’t have to agree with every prediction I make. But don’t let this moment pass without finding out what YOU can do with it.

I DON’T SELL DOMAINS ANYMORE!! If you’re not acquiring domains that can be built on, what the hell are you doing? When someone inquires, I point them to Beanstalk Challenge. Bring the talent, vision & sweat equity. Qualify, build & perform, and you can get access to the domain with no upfront domain cost. Or pay millions to buy it outright. 3 LETTERS. 3 DECADES. A NEW CHAPTER. In the 1990s, I hand-registered KPV .com. I wasn’t buying it because of peptides. I never even heard of it. To me, it was simply a 3-letter .COM. Years later, I discovered those same three letters had a scientific meaning: KPV, the peptide. Then KPV.com became part of Beanstalk Challenge. Now Reuters reports that KPV is among 6 peptides covered by a new U.S. policy aimed at expanding access through licensed pharmacies & physicians, subject to conditions. That could bring greater availability, greater awareness & an entirely new audience. I didn’t predict this development 30 years ago. I owned the address when the opportunity arrived. THE VOLCANO IN MIAMI 🌋 Over the years, I helped produce 28 domain shows on 4 continents. Some were truly important. But I believe this NamesCon in Miami will be more important than any show I ever produced. I always talk about timing. TIMING. TIMING. TIMING. All I can tell you is what I see. But I bought my ticket and booked my room the first day they announced i even though I have a place just 4 miles away. Because I believed I knew what was coming and I didn't want to miss a single minute. Everything that has happened since has only reinforced that belief. To me, this feels like TRAFFIC 2004. Except instead of 135 people, imagine that energy with thousands of people, including many you already know. That’s what I’m calling it: THE VOLCANO IN MIAMI. The proof will be in the stories that come out AFTER the show. The partnerships formed. The businesses launched. The conversations that turn into something nobody saw coming. Not just one or two stories. Potentially hundreds. I believe we’re approaching a milestone in our industry’s evolution. You can feel something building. Soon, we’ll find out how big it is. DON’T BE BRAINWASHED ABOUT AFFORDABILITY. FOLLOW THE NUMBERS, NOT MOUTHS. GAS IS CHEAPER TODAY THAN IN 1955. DON'T GO APE SHIT ON ME UNTIL YOU LOOK AT THE NUMBERS!! Want to understand affordability? LOOK AT HISTORY. America didn’t build a higher standard of living by making everything return to yesterday’s prices. Earnings grew. Productivity improved. Technology gave us more for our money. Here’s a simple example nobody ever talks about: Take gasoline at 39.9 cents a gallon in 1955 & a car getting just 6 miles per gallon. Adjusted for inflation, that gallon cost approximately $4.96 in today’s dollars. Now compare that with a car getting 30 MPG. It travels FIVE TIMES farther on the same gallon. You’d have to pay approximately $24.80 a gallon in that 30-MPG car to match the old car’s inflation-adjusted fuel cost per mile! Suddenly, 39.9-cent gasoline doesn’t sound so cheap. Don't like that example? Fine, I'll give you another one! 1955 Median family income: $4,418. 10,000 miles ÷ 6 MPG × $0.399 = $665 annually. $665 ÷ $4,418 = 15.1% of income. Today Latest available median family income: $110,500 for 2025. Latest national regular-gas average: $4.269 per gallon, October 26, 2026. 10,000 miles ÷ 30 MPG × $4.269 = $1,423 annually. $1,423 ÷ $110,500 = 1.3% of income. That’s approximately 91% less of the family’s income going toward gasoline for the same distance. FOLLOW THE NUMBERS, NOT THE MOVING MOUTHS! HISTORY. CONTEXT. PURCHASING POWER. The number on the pump doesn’t tell the whole story. Neither does the number on your paycheck. If your earnings rise faster than your cost of living, you gain ground. If your cost of living rises faster, you lose ground. Yes, lower costs wherever possible. Encourage competition. Improve productivity. Look at how living standards improved over generations. The goal is to afford MORE with what you earn. Politicians can promise lower prices. They can’t simply command them into existence. Increase EARNINGS. Increase PRODUCTIVITY. Make your money go FURTHER. THAT’S affordability. And in the age of AI, SI, IA, or whatever the hell you want to call it, we have new tools to save time, reduce costs & create income. USE THEM. If one thing costs more, look for something else you can make cost less to help offset it. It’s like flying a plane. You keep adjusting to the conditions to stay on course. You don’t control every headwind. But you still have to fly the damn plane. Trust the numbers, don't swallow the bullshit!

Imagine it’s 1826 instead of 2026. You plant a street sign way out west where there’s no town, no road, no business, & no customers. You call it “Dot Whatever Way.” Congratulations. You’ve got a street sign. Maybe 100 years later, a city grows around it. But until people arrive & commerce follows, that sign isn’t doing a damn thing for you. You can be right about the location & still be 100 years too early. How old are you? Can you wait 100 years? That’s the difference between planting a sign & recognizing an opportunity whose TIME has arrived. When a gold rush arrives, RECOGNIZE IT. GREET IT. & GRAB WHAT YOU CAN! But make sure the gold rush happens in YOUR lifetime. That’s the key difference. We’ve witnessed a .COM gold rush. It’s still going. We’ve witnessed an .AI gold rush. It’s still in progress. Now we’re witnessing what I see as an .SI gold rush unfolding before our eyes. Whether that rush turns into lasting adoption is still an open question. But there’s a difference between waiting 100 years for people to show up & seeing them arrive TODAY. That’s why I sat on the sidelines for the other extensions. I didn’t see the fruit ripening in my lifetime. With .AI & .SI, I see something worth planting for NOW. For 13 years, I’ve endured pressure, criticism, name-calling & domain stalking from domainers with a vested interest in getting me to buy into THEIR extension. I resisted. I was one of the few voices pushing back. They didn’t like it, & they didn’t make it easy. Their blah, blah, blah wasn’t going to sway me. Neither was telling me I was stupid, a dinosaur, or missing the next big thing. The only thing that sways me is NEW FACTS ON THE GROUND. NEW FACTS! Something changed. I recognized it, reevaluated my position, & made a decision. SIMPLE! The pressure didn’t change my mind. The facts did. It passed my critical thinking criteria which in and of itself is not easy. 1500 others FAILED that test. It passed my logic criteria. 1500 others FAILED that test. It passed my plain common sense test. 1500 others FAILED that test. And I will say it is still a gamble. But it's a calculated risk, targeting specific niches, by a seasoned businessman that's been doing this for nearly 31 years. Don't ask me why… Ask yourself why. That's where the answer is.
