I didn't think the @ButternutBox delivery service could get any worse (boxes often just left out on the sidewalk to be stolen), but now they've changed to a service where they don't even provide you with the two hour window??
I've been told I'll be given the two hour window when delivery is attempted which is so stupid its farcical.
Really heartbroken for the young wheelchair user who was denied boarding the 488 bus by the @TfL bus driver because two mums wouldn’t move their prams. Really disgusted by the behaviour of the driver and passengers as the next bus hasn’t come for 27 minutes

Hi @united @AirportHonolulu, just received a call from my distressed mother about incredibly racist behaviour at the check in counter from your staff. They won’t let her speak to a representative from your team to rectify the issue.
