France has a long Christian history. But today, many French people have little connection to the faith that once shaped their nation. And thousands of people with French roots now call Houston home. As protests and unrest continue to affect communities in France, some French families in Houston may be concerned for loved ones back home. Will you join us in praying for French people in Houston? 🙏 Pray for Spiritual Renewal: Ask God to open hearts to the gospel and use believers in Houston to share the hope of salvation through Jesus Christ. 🙏 Pray for Families in France: Pray for peace and safety amid the unrest. Ask God to comfort those worried about loved ones and open doors for meaningful gospel conversations. The need for the gospel isn't limited to places where Christianity has never been preached. Even people from nations with deep Christian roots need to know Jesus personally. God can use you to reach people from different cultures right where you live. Ready to take your next step? Discover how you can get involved in cross-cultural ministry through EveryEthne! 🔗 Visit the link in our bio to learn more.

The gospel doesn't just change what we do. It transforms who we are. Through Christ, God makes us new. And by His Spirit, He continues transforming our hearts, minds, and lives to reflect His character. This transformation isn't something we accomplish through our own efforts. It's the work of God in us, shaping us to become more like Christ and equipping us to share His love and truth with others. As God transforms our lives, we have opportunities to point those around us to the transforming power of the gospel. How is God using you to share the hope of Christ with others? 📩 Looking for weekly encouragement to live on mission? What if playing it safe is holding your ministry back? Faithfulness doesn't mean avoiding failure. And facing challenges doesn't always mean we're doing exactly what God has called us to do. In his latest article, Ray Brandon explores D. Michael Clary's book Loser Theology and challenges pastors and church planters to move beyond fear, take responsibility, and pursue fruitful ministry with courage and wisdom. God doesn't call us to control the results. He calls us to faithfully use what he's entrusted to us. 💬 What's one step of faith you've been hesitant to take? 📖 Read “How Not to Be a Loser” on the EveryEthne blog. everyethne.org/how-not-to-be…

What if a college student came to Los Angeles for an education and left knowing Jesus? Many Malay people living outside Southeast Asia are international students pursuing degrees at colleges and universities. Most come from Muslim backgrounds, and few know Christ as Savior. For Christians in Los Angeles, this creates an incredible opportunity to reach people who may have had little exposure to the gospel. Will you join us in praying for Malay people in Los Angeles? 🙏 Pray that Malay international students would connect with Christian campus ministries and hear the good news of Jesus. 🙏 Pray that believers would welcome these students, build lasting friendships, and boldly share the hope of salvation through Christ. You don't have to travel overseas to reach the nations. You can start on a college campus near you. Want to get involved in international student ministry? Take your next step with EveryEthne! When following Christ gets difficult, don't give up. The Christian life isn't without trials, opposition, or discouragement. But Scripture calls us to endure—not by relying on our own strength, but by trusting in the One who faithfully sustains us. Whether you're sharing the gospel, discipling others, or serving your community, the work God has called you to may not always be easy. Yet we can press on, knowing that our labor in the Lord is not in vain. Keep trusting. Keep serving. Keep your eyes on Christ. 📩 Need weekly encouragement to live on mission? A calling to missions is just the beginning. Is your church ready to help with what comes next? When someone feels called to serve overseas, encouragement and prayer are important. But preparing future missionaries takes more than recognizing their calling. Churches have a vital role in helping future missionaries grow spiritually, build healthy relationships, and gain the skills needed for long-term ministry. In his latest article, David Levy shares how churches can move people from calling to readiness through intentional mentoring, training, and partnership with mission agencies. 💬 Does your church have a plan to prepare those God may be calling to missions? 📖 Read “Preparing the Called” on the EveryEthne blog. Find it through the link in our bio.

The gospel reached Kerala, India, nearly 2,000 years ago, according to Christian tradition. Yet today, many people from this region still need to hear the good news of Jesus. Meet the Malayali people. Originally from southern India, the Malayali speak Malayalam, and approximately 77 percent of those living in the US practice Hinduism. Many Malayalis in the US now call New York City home. And while their roots may be thousands of miles away, the opportunity to share the hope of Jesus with them is right here. Will you join us in praying for Malayalis in NYC? 🙏 Pray that God would open hearts to the gospel and help Malayalis understand that salvation is found in Jesus Christ alone. 🙏 Pray that Malayali believers would grow in their faith, share Christ with their families and friends, and make disciples in their communities. God is bringing people from around the world to our cities. How might he use you to reach them? Take your next step with EveryEthne and discover opportunities to share the gospel across cultures. 🔗 Visit the link in our bio to learn more!

We have every reason to rejoice. Our joy isn’t dependent on easy circumstances or visible success. It is rooted in Christ; in who He is, what He has done, and the hope we have because of the gospel. And that joy has a purpose. As we rejoice in Christ, we display to the people around us the goodness of the God we proclaim. So even in the challenges of ministry and everyday life, rejoice in the Lord. Let the hope of the gospel shape the way you live and the way you go. 📩 Get weekly encouragement to live on mission by subscribing to the Mobilizer newsletter: everyethne.org/newsletter-si… ➡️ Ready to take your next step with EveryEthne? When the pressure comes, where will you stand? Following Christ requires more than a strong start. Scripture calls us to remain steadfast; to stand firm in the truth, hold fast to the gospel, and remain faithful even when doing so is difficult. Our confidence isn’t ultimately in our own strength, but in the One who holds us fast. Because of Christ, we can stand firm and continue faithfully in the work He has given us. Stand firm. Hold fast. Small towns can be easy to overlook. But God has no forgotten places. While cities and growing communities need healthy churches, so do the rural towns and counties across North America. These communities are filled with people made in God’s image who need opportunities to hear the good news of Jesus and grow as his disciples. In this week’s EveryEthne blog, Jim Murphy shares why rural communities matter to the mission of God and why more believers should consider taking the gospel to places others may pass by. A small community is still a Great Commission opportunity. The Balkar are a small people group with roots in the Caucasus Mountains of southern Russia. An estimated 600 live in the United States, and very few are known to follow Jesus. This week, pray that God would bring Christians into meaningful relationships with Balkar people. Ask Him to open hearts to the gospel and give new believers courage to follow Christ and share the good news with their families and communities. And as you pray, consider how God might use you to reach people from other cultures where you live. Ready to take your next step?
