Jacek Łukasik, przewodniczący związku "Policyjna Solidarność", będzie mieć postępowanie dyscyplinarne – donoszą media. Chodzi o jego wypowiedzi związane z działaniami policji przed Trybunałem Konstytucyjnym. Policjant w trybie pilnym został wezwany do Komendy Wojewódzkiej Policji w Krakowie.
Jacek Łukasik: "My się martwimy o tych ludzi, bo ja nie chciałbym, żeby po zmianie władzy politycy, którzy byli pod Trybunałem Konstytucyjnym w sobotę, w niedzielę czy w piątek, jeżeli dojdą do władzy, tych wszystkich policjantów pozwalniają jak jeden mąż."
Za krytykę rządów szef związku zawodowego Policji jest właśnie prześladowany, jest to absolutny skandal i powrót do standardów zamordyzmu komunistycznego.

Dzisiaj w nocy planowane jest wprowadzenie stanu wojennego – wyjątkowego w Polsce. Stan ten daje ogromne uprawnienie dla rządu także cenzurę internetu, platform jak X.
Jacek Karnowski polski dziennikarz właśnie na żywo w telewizji powiedział: według jego źródeł dziś o północy ma być wprowadzony stan wyjątkowy lub stan wojenny. Celem jest pacyfikacja protestów i „zmrożenie” społeczeństwa.
Jednym z powodów wprowadzenia stanu ma być wyimaginowane zagrożenie z Kaliningradu jako pretekst, choć specjaliści mówią, że realnego zagrożenia nie ma.
Jeżeli jutro nic nie napiszę na X to znaczy, że Polska pogrążyła się ponownie w mroku jak w latach 80tych.

🚨HUGE: 🇵🇱 POLISH PRESIDENT KAROL NAWROCKI ACCUSES PM DONALD TUSK (KO) OF A CRIME AGAINST THE CONSTITUTION: “YOUR FORMER ALLIES ARE GONE — YOU HAVE NOTHING LEFT BUT VIOLENCE!”
An extraordinary confrontation unfolded inside Poland’s Presidential Palace as President Karol Nawrocki directly accused Prime Minister Donald Tusk of attempting to overturn the country’s constitutional order.
Speaking at the National Security Council, with Tusk sitting across from him, Nawrocki declared:
“ONE MAN BEARS FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR EVERY POLICE OFFICER … FOR ALL ILLEGAL ACTIONS … PRIME MINISTER DONALD TUSK.”
He then addressed the prime minister personally:
“YOU ALREADY KNOW THAT YOU HAVE MADE A MISTAKE … YOUR FORMER ALLIES ARE NO LONGER BY YOUR SIDE, LEAVING YOU WITH NOTHING BUT VIOLENCE.”
Nawrocki accused Tusk of pursuing an “IDEOLOGICAL FANTASY”, damaging Poland’s reputation abroad, frightening investors and undermining public trust.
He condemned the government’s actions surrounding the Constitutional Tribunal:
“THIS IS NOT HOW DEMOCRATS OPERATE, MR. PRIME MINISTER!”
The president warned that he would use every constitutional power available to him to stop what he described as an attempt to subvert Poland’s constitutional order.
Then came his final message to Tusk:
“BEFORE FORGIVENESS CAN BE GRANTED, ONE MUST CONFESS ONE’S SINS AND SHOW REPENTANCE.”
He demanded that the prime minister make amends and “RETURN POLAND’S AFFAIRS TO THE POLISH PEOPLE.”
The accusations come amid a fierce constitutional dispute. Nawrocki describes the government’s actions as an unlawful takeover, while Tusk’s government maintains that it is enforcing the legal rights of newly elected Tribunal judges.
Nawrocki’s allegations of criminal conduct and unconstitutional seizure remain contested, not judicially established facts.

Everyone sees it.
Everyone knows why.
But no one is allowed to say it.
We all have to pretend that the reason why Africa, when left to native Africans to manage, is just a random coincidence that has nothing to do with genetic behavior and intelligence.

Polish MEP Dominik Tarczyński is explaining what is happening right now at Poland’s Constitutional Tribunal, calling it nothing less than a COUP D’ÉTAT!
“In Poland, we have a liberal-left government led by Donald Tusk, who is the Prime Minister. What is happening right now with the Constitutional Tribunal is that they want to take it over and fill it with their own people.
Why? Because they want to get rid of the Polish currency, bring us into the eurozone, and eliminate our secure borders. They are being pushed by the Germans, who want to spread the burden of illegal migration and send migrants to Poland.
First of all, the Polish złoty is our constitutionally protected currency. They have to change the Constitution to replace it, and without the Constitutional Tribunal, they cannot do that.
So, number one, they want to get rid of our currency and force us to adopt the euro and join the eurozone. Then they want to take our gold reserves, the largest in the European Union, to Frankfurt, to the European Central Bank, which is a German-based institution.

This is what democracy looks like in the European Union:
📷 Romania: annulled the presidential election after the anti-establishment candidate Georgescu topped the first round. Then he was barred from standing altogether.
📷 Hungary: They introduced term limits counting past service, blocking Viktor Orbán from returning as prime minister. Then they extended these limits to MPs, shutting opponents out of standing at future elections.
📷 Germany: they tried to classify the biggest opposition party, the Alternative for Germany, as “extremist”. Parts of the state still want to shut it down altogether.
📷 France: they upheld Marine Le Pen’s conviction and imposed electronic monitoring. She was eventually allowed to run for the presidency, but only after a tortuous legal battle that tried to stop her from standing altogether.
📷 United Kingdom: politicians postponed local elections. Proposed further delays, then reversed them after legal advice. Pro-EU politicians are now working to overturn the Brexit vote by stealth, pushing to rejoin the European Union and launch an all-out campaign against the anti-establishment Reform UK.
📷 Poland: police have just surrounded the Constitutional Tribunal, with some accusing the EU, Donald Tusk and others of wanting to pack the courts with pro-EU voices.
